Sir my doughter aardhya sariwan birth date[protected] sir normal mistek in my surnem sunil kumar sariwan (sariwal) print

In my daughter's birth certificate mother name is appearing as "Mauli Shri Baghel" while the correct name is "Mauli Shree Baghel". The spelling of mothers middle name need to be corrected from SHRI -- SHREE Could you please suggest me the procedure for this correction.

I have submitted the application on August month to get birth certificate for my daughter. as per application it will take 7 days to provide the birth certificate and they responded the same. when i came to receive the birth certificate they were saying me to come next day. if i came next they are saying to wait for half hour and making us to wait more than 3 Hrs and again telling to come next day. for past 3 days i am getting the same response but still i didnt get the certificate. Even today i got the same respond and the SI of Stedeford hospital(Prabakaran) left for the day without responding anything. we were waiting there without knowing that he left for the day. if we tried to reach his mobile it is switched off.

Delay in issue of Birth certificate I have applied for Birth certificate in aponline center at chenuru bastand, in kadapa on 20th January 2015. I have submitted all related documents for issue of Birth ceritificate. Till date they are not issuing the birth certificate. I have visited them almost 5-6times in this regard. hi... i've corrections in my birth certificate... so i tend to go for alterations in tat. solidly,it takes a year for this problem, but,even i not get in correct format because, tat government officer alters wrongly even i give correct copy with fullfill details and blames me for his careless. i don't know how to proceed this... even, i'm a graduate, i dono the basic rights. i kindly requesting the government to give awareness about basic right should known by everyone..sir,pls help me.how i can proceed this?

My name is Krishnan Priyakumar Nair, I was born on 8 October 1964 at Bhatwadekar hospital, Diamond Garden, Chembur, Mumbai and was resident of Subhash Nagar - Room No. 610 of Building 17 of Housing Board, Chembur. I had studied up to 4th Standard at Adarsh Vidyalaya School, Shell Colony, Chembur.

I need Birth Certificate from Municipality. Kindly guide me how to obtain one.

We have taken admission in one of our ICSE schools at Nagpur.

We have a Birth Certificate of our daughter in the name ' GARIMA'.

But, we have decided to keep the final name as 'AAHANA'.

I have changed the same in the Gazette copy, I have also entered her name as 'AAHANA' in Ration Card.

I have also given a Affidavit in the school for admission.

Now, the school is saying that we cannot consider all these things.. we will only consider what is written in Birth Certificate.

Nagpur Municipal Corporation is having a Circular wherein name cannot be changed in Birth Certificate.

Kindly advise how to proceed further such that school should change the name .

AS DESIRED BY MCD,CIVIL LINE, DELHI I HAVE SUBMITTED AN AFFIDAVIT ON 8/8/2008 FOR ADDITION OF MY SON'S NAME IN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE, AND THE SAME WAS DONE IN THE SAME MONTH. ON 21/3/2011, I HAVE APPLY FOR FRESH DATE CERTIFICATE FROM MCD,CIVIL LINE ZONE,DELHI. AFTER RECEIVING THE SAME I WAS SHOCKED, THAT THE NAME OF MY SON IS MISSING FROM BIRTH CERTIFICATE. WHEN I CONTACTED THE COUNTER CLERK, SHE TOLD ME THAT YOUR EARLIER CERTIFICATE IS FICTICIATE/JAALI. AND OTHER TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE ADD YOUR SON NAME BY YOUR SELF.

ALL CITIZEN OF DELHI ARE ADVICE TO PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECORDS WITH MCD, CIVIL LINE, DELHI

my daughter was born on 13 july,1990 in St.Stephene's hospital, new delhi. the centre is far away from my house and i'm nt able to go there to get my daughter's birthcertificate. i want tht as the earliest. please kindly tell me from where else i cn get it nearby.

kurnool floods 2009 tungabhadra River was i lost my wife birth certificate but we try to collect municipal corporation but there also don't have avilable record becuse kurnool floods 2009 tungabhadra River even the lost all record. i got from them andoesment i took this went Thesildar office and RDO office to ask my wife birth certificate there also not providing me.what i have take action let me know.

due to some clerical mistake father name is wrongly entered as Mr. Babloo but the actual name is Mr. Ram Kshor Tyagi.

now we want to change that name as soon as possible

sir my baby born at 21/11/2007 at greater kailash hospital 11/2 old palasiya indore m.p. but yet now i did not get my baby birth certificate. each and every time they replied kal ana . abhi ban kar nahi aaya.

I am Blessed with baby daughter on 9th may 08, i visited Mcd Office Rohini, three days regularly bt cound not manage to get birth certificate, only because the internet was not working or may be due to some other problem.

Thereafter i orderded Birth certificate online Rs 30 was deducted from my account refrence no 3015867 was provided to me for future refrence, its being more than 15 days i have not recieved Birth Certificate.

I Request all concerned authorities to pls help in issuence of certificate, the services provided by MCD are really pothetic.
