[Resolved]  Bisleri 20 Litres — second time Complain about bisleri 20 litres contaminated water

I Mr.Akhtar Shah i m complaining second time as i gave complain on 7th august 09 of contaminanted water with white and green particles present in 20 ltr bisleri bottle, and the next day bisleri executive name as nityanand visited my place and collect 1 ltr bisleri water for test and then in return i got mail from bisleri executive name as rekha that (We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. As discussed the we will definitely take up the matter.) and i m not satisfied still I M FACING SAME PROBLEM AGAIN the bottel which we getting is always contaminated when it is delivered, i m facing this problem for last 3months.the Agencey from which we order is Royal Agency (BUT HE GIVES US BILL OF MEERA TRADING) AND THE BILL WHICH WE GET IS MEERA TRADING AND THE ADRESS PRINTED ON IT IS DATAR COMPLEX, ST.ANTHONY RD, SANTACRUZ (E) MUM 400 055.
so i request you to look at the matter & try to solve it as early as possible.
