[Resolved]  Bisleri — water which we are getting is always contaminated

we have used Kinley water for 5 years, now we are using water purifier, so to return the jars, i have called to Kinley Call centre so many times but no output. now this is around 6 months, today also i called them but they didnt come.
kindly suggest me what legal action we can take against them and How..
this is not a question of money, this is something they are not responsible enough and harshing the public.

I have start getting supply of Bisleri Water from S Mart Bazar, Puneet Tower - 2, Sector - 11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai on 22/06/2009. S Mart Bazar charged Rs 445.00 (Four Hundred and Forty Five) for one bottle and I was told by the delivery man that it includes 225.00 for dispenser and Rs 150.00 for Empty Bottle as deposit. Yesterday i.e. on 25th June' 2009 I have inquired from S Mart Bazar about refund of the sum of Rs 375.00 paid by me being deposit for dispenser and bottle.
S Mart Bazar have told me that the sum of Rs 225.00 is not refundable it is cost of dispense, which shall not be taken back by them.
It is needless to mention here that the cost of dispenser is not more than 120.00 (Rupees One Hundred and Twenty) in open market.
Now the S Mart Bazar is not ready to take back the dispenser and refund my hard earned money. In this manner S Mart Bazar is cheating the public at large.
It is submitted that suitable action be taken against S Mart Bazarr, Puneet Tower - 2, Sector - 11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai on 22/06/2009 and they shall be restrained from adopting such unfair trade practice.

Long White strands in my water

I order the 20 litre bisleri water from my Chattrapur Enclave store . This last water can had some really bad smell and had things floating in the water. Could this water be getting adulterated at the wholesaler??
