i want to say that i have 2 mobile 1) is nokia 1616-2 (rs 1500 ) nd 2) blackberry 9800 ( rs 28500) nd boths have same vodafone sim card but nokia hase good natwork but blaCKBERRY so pore ... ilso for tht i m suffring from ear pain just becouse of blackberry .. Was this information helpful? | |||

BLACKBERRY 9800 — NEW MOBILE NOT WORKING
Dear Sir,I have purchased Blackberry model 9800 from Reliance digital Retail limited Navi Mumbai( C 1810 #0030 Dated 16th Jan 2011) for Rs. 33210.50.
The said phone was not working with error displayed after one month of operation and given to Blackberry service centre ‘Varad Electronics, plot 228, ss3, sect 2, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Ph [protected]/27821383. According to them they have reloded the softwere after that set was working for two weeks.(in the process I have lost all my data in the mobile phone).
When I found that external memory card 4GB not working, I contacted service centre, they said there is no warranty for memory card.
After two week of operation mobile is auto turned off and battery symbol appeared on the display and not coming on. I handed over my mobile phone again to ‘Varad Electronics, plot 228, ss3, sect 2, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Ph [protected]/27821383.’ With Job no 04, dated 1/4/2011. When I contacted after two days they said, it is send to the company. When I contacted after two weeks they have no status report and no clue when it will be repaired / replaced.
After spending Rs. 33,000/- , if this is my fait. So advice no one should go for 9800 Blackberry.
