[Resolved] Blackberry — Keeps hanging/hourglass

I bought my Blackberry 8320 thru Ebay, the phone displays hourglass continously and does not allow to work. I had sent several mails on " selling.on.[protected]@gmail.com" i only get auto reply from this, their contact ph no [protected] no oe picks up. I had sent mobile thru aperson it was formatted and returned back but again the same problem of HOURGLASS.
Please HELP where can i get the mobile repaired.

i bought my blackberry 9530 thru Ebay, in details it was mentioned that set can be used in any network but after purchasing the phone was unlock for gsm network only but it was locked with RIM in CDMA where as i want to use with tata network.
now the phone hanged every time, it is now useless for me, there is no any service center in ranchi and its surrrounding.
