[Resolved]  Blackberry Reliance — Pending- No one bothered

I had purchased a 8330 blacberry phone within warranty period it starts working erraticaly when u press n it types rf or work pathetoc speaker sound is useless u can not talk on speaker phone also the rolling ball create problem it would stuck..............it is product uality and problem ow look at the service


I visited blackerry centre at south extn and met most arrogant service agent Mr. Arif Khan (he is getting famous on net) with magical powers just using an alpin that is what they use to handle your phone after scrathing it he remove after 10 attempts and said this phone is liquid damage and pay 9990/- and take new phone i was aghast and shocked the way he was handling a customer I try to reason out with thim than one more of colleagues try to bully with me and their body language was like go to hell who cares we get 100 of customers like you I tried to reason out with their customer care helpline they were eually bad....

Dont know what to do who shold i approach as no one is illing to part the contact information for the higher officials they plainly say write to customer care which would also fall on deaf years........felling cheated, helpless. abused and humilated dont know what to do>>>>>>>>>>> if any one has contact infor please share


By the in my presence 3 customer were told that their phones were lqiuid damage.....please refrain to buy any black berry product as such and no instrument where you have to deal with reliance service
