PL REFER TO OUR COMPLAINT NO 11112, REGARDING USE OF YOUR HANDSE-CDMA. IN THIS CONTEXT WE OPTED TATA DOCOMO CDMA FROM RELIANCE, BUT WE COULD NOT USE YOUR HANDSE DUE TO SOFTWARE LOCK. WE HAVE BEEN REQUESTING YOU SINCE LONGTIMES BUT NOTHING HAVE DONE FROM YOUR END. NOW WE EVEN READTO HAVE RELIANCE NO ON SAME BUT EVEN AFTER YOUR BAREILLY OFFICE REFUSED TO ACTIVATE WITH NEW NUMBER AND MY PHONE LYING USELESS .
