Blazeflash Courier — shipment not delivered and lost | |
Sir I am a serving officer of Indian Armed Forces posted in pune. My address is Air Force Station Lohegaon Pune (next to pune airport). A shipment with important doccuments was despatched from my home town lucknow by Blazeflash courier service. The above mentioned consignment did not reach me and has been returened to Lucknow. After enquiring on telephone they did not respond proprerly hence I had to personaly visit there pune station office, where they told me that it was not delivered as they dont have service to my address and that it was "inconvinient" to deliver in defence area. The behaviour of the staff was totally unprofessional and rude while conveying the same. They also tried to track my shipment through internet where they themself got confused. Presently I am unaware of the location of the pakage and the delay is causing me administrative hasseles. As a consumer I should have been informend about this limitation of the courier service and the pakage should not have been accepted at the first place. I have booked a courier of pandrive on dated 06.05.2010 having consignment no[protected] at your BFC- Dariyaganj, Delhi-02 outlet to the address of MRS DEVENA NAYAR, J-1315, PALAM VIHAR, GURGAON ( HR) but unfortunately it could not reach over there to till date. we complaint to Mr. Deepak in your BFC, Dariyaganj, Delhi, but they are not taking the responsibility or not positive reply.we complaint to customer care give me a complaint no. S-695 as on 14.05.2010. I request you to return my courier in next 24 hour. You can contact me at the earliest with my courier or I will come to you through consumer court, as that envelope contains very very important pan drive . Please take this very seriously and do not force me to take legal action against blazeflash.
So, please look into the matter and do as good as possible.
