[Resolved]  Blazeflash Courier — late delivery of courier

my courier no.[protected] from amritsar(punjab) to patiala(punjab)
sent on 8/1/08 supposed to reach on 9/1/08 was collected myself from patiala office on 11/1/08 which 2 days late than scheduled date. on enquiry from amritsar office it was known that the courier had reached patiala office on the scheduled date 9/1/08 but was not delivered to the assigned address because of negligience on part of patiala branch employees. i talked to Miss. POONAM (blazeflash patiala branch) and got a rude response and was asked to pick up the courier myself from the courier office. i am really disappointed by your services and would never use or refer about your company to someone in future .

kindly take apt action against the one found guilty as not to disgrace the esteem image of your company.
