I wish to inform you that my complaint no. is B-803 dt 06.01.2010.

I regret to inform you that we found missing nokia handree and some documents on the vide Docket No.[protected].When consignee recieved the parcel it would be already opened on side and stappled it shows that parcel is already opened by anyone. It's really unbelievable work.By this Activities nobody will be wants to work with your company.It's really a shamefull activity. So i want to inform you and also tell you to please take a prompt action and punished him.

I requested you to please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

It is with great regret that we report items missing from our Courier sent from Shakar Pur (Delhi-110092) to Gokal Puri(Delhi-110094) vide Blazeflash Docket No.[protected] Dt. 04/01/2010. Please note that we have been using Blazefalsh Couriers for the last so many years and this has come as a rude shock to us.


Missing Value item from the parcel is in the range of Rs. 700.00. Material from the Parcel was removed and then neatly repacked.


I requested to you please compensate our loss ( Rs. 700.00 ) since this is totally due to Negligence / Deficiency in Service in the part of M/s. Blazeflash. Such incidence only goes on to spoil the reputation of Blazeflash.


I am sure that the top management within Blazeflash will thoroughly investigate this case and make sure that the guilty is punished suitably so that such incidents do not repeat and spoil Blazefalsh name in the Market.
