This is regarding the consignment number mentioned in the subject line which was sent from New Delhi on 12th March and reached Mumbai on 15th of March. The screen shot has been attached with this mail which tracks this consignment. This contained a mobile phone worth 20000 INR. After several follow ups it reached to me today and by chance I opened it in front of the delivery boy and found an empty box. After that when I complained in the delhi office I got a wonderful answer to lodge a complain with the mumbai office of blazeflash rather than putting an apology forward to me. My courier no. is[protected] was couriered from uttrakhand on 16th of march 2012 but it has not reached to me (Maharashtra ) yet.
The employees are not even responding properly. They doesn't even pick up the phone and most of the times the phone lines are either busy or switched off or not reachable.
Please tell me the solution how to get my courier as it contains something important.
