FOR COURIER AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES WE HAVE HIRED A LOCAL VENDOR (GLOBAL FLASH COURIER SERVICES) WHICH HAS BEEN APPOINTED BY BLAZEFLASH COURIER SERVICES. THE COMPANY HAS FAILED TO DELIVER THE COURIER ALL THE COURIER FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY-2011. ALL OUR DISPATCHES CONSISTS OF POLICY DOCUMENTS, INSURANCE DOCUMENTS, CHEQUES AND OTHER RELATED OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS. THE APPOINTED COURIER COMPANY HAS FAILED TO DELIVER THEM ON TIME WHICH HAS LEAD TO COSTOMER HARRASMENTS (DELAY AND CLAIM SETTELMENTS DUE TO NON RECEIPT OF DOC'S) LEADING TO THIRD PARTY LIABILITY RESULTING IN SHOW CASE NOTICES FROM CLINTS.
