On 4th April 2012 I booked a parcel containing a set of 5 books for LAAL KUAAN Gaziabad. Complete details alongwith Mobile Numbers of both the consignor and Consignee were given on the PARCEL. The orcompany was also contacted regularly by me as well as consignee. Firstly the response was that the area was not in Gaziabad.I checked from Net and told that the area is on the crossroad of NH-24 Byepass and NH-91 and in Gaziabad. Then Mr .Naveen owner of Company assured me to get the PARCEL delivered. But it was not delivered and Mr. Shivansh consignor also attended the office of Company in his own area and also on Meerut Road. But of no use. The company has not even taken pain to make a call either to me or the consignor. I am preparing to file a case in consumer court Rohtak. God may help me and also the Presiding Officer of Consumer Court. May God also provide good mental health to the owners of Company.

Blaze Flash Couriers — no delivery of parcel

sir,
i had booked a parcel to mr arun kumar of shradahpuri meerut cant on 20th of nov from trivandrum, vide docket no[protected]. the parcel was accepted by an agent of blaze flash on mg road near gandhariamman koil trivandrum. his phone no is [protected].

the parcel has not been delivered so far, the agent says it was sent to delhi, but it does not show up on the tracker. please help

Blazeflash Courier — Non Delivery of Package

I sent a courier from the BlazeFlash Courier office in Swastik Vihar, Panchkula - Haryana on 11th Oct 2010. This courier was to be sent to Jammu. Till 15th Oct the courier has not been delivered. AWB number of the bill is[protected]. I called both Panchkula and Jammu, BlazeFlash offices, but no one has a clue why this package is not delivered. I keep getting assurances that courier will reach in another 2-3 hours. I am listening to this non-sense for last three days. Courier contained extremely important documents which should have reched by 15th Oct.
I want BlazeFlash to pay for money spent on calling and following up, mental torture and loss of revenue caused by non-delivery of package by 15th Oct.

Blazeflash Courier — non delivery of parcel at the address

On my address "indian managenment school and research centre",Navi Mumbai had sent management course books on 28/1/2011 via Blaze flash courrier Docket no.[protected] .The courrier came to Blaze flash jaipur office on 31/1/2011.The courrier was then sent to Mahipalpur hub at New delhi on 1/2/2011and from their the parcel was sent back to Mumbai on 2/2/2011.
Blazw Flash did not deliver the parcel on my address at Bhiwadi,Rajasthan despite their own Blaze Flash office at Bhiwadi.
Kindly intervene and ask them to deliver my parcel to my address immediately or otherwise pay for the damarage Rs20000/-.

I was to recive a courier on 2nd,march,2011 as per the delivery time of 2 days at my residential address(hostel) in sikar.But nw its been 8 days and i have not received the courier yet.Above all i m trying to get information about the courier using the note number and it says it wil deliverd 2day bt nt recivd yet.i calld many times bt no response 2 otherside.
