Dear sir, I had sent documents through Blazeflash Courier Ltd. Kaithal (Haryana)-136027 on 07/03/2013 via consignment ABW No.[protected]. Courier booking place was Blazeflash Couriers Kaithal,near Madhu Sweets,Ambala Road, Kaithal-136027 Destination was at BITS PILANI AT HYDERABAD CAMPUS. Dear sir, I had sent documents through Blazeflash Courier Ltd. Kaithal (Haryana)-136027 on 07/03/2013 via consignment ABW No.[protected]. Courier booking place was Blazeflash Couriers Kaithal,near Madhu Sweets,Ambala Road, Kaithal-136027 Destination was at BITS PILANI AT HYDERABAD CAMPUS. Dr. K.Srinivasa Raju Professor, Department of Civil Engineering Co-Ordinator, Centre of Excellence in Water Resources Management (CEWRM)Convener, Department Research Committee Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani-Hyderabad campus Jawahar Nagar Village , Shameerpet Mandal Ranga Reddy District, Andhra Pradesh India 500 078 Tel:[protected]O) Surprisingly even after almost 15 days neither the courier has been delivered to destination nor the same has been returned to me.… There were very important documents inside the consignment for a National Conference to be held on 5th April,2013 for which 15th March was the last date to be honored by the Co-ordinator of the Conference and it was very necessary to be delivered within TAT described by Blaze-flash Courier. Due to this negligence, I had to bear the loss due to indignation apart from loss in monetary terms. Even after the continued followup with courier company, neither the courier is being got delivered which is said to be lying at Hyderabad office since 10th March,2013 nor any STATUS is being informed to me. I had also addressed the complaint for same issue to the Blaze-flash customer support but haven't got even any response from their side... Dear Sir/Madam,Courier sent to Delhi from Jhansi vide your docket no:[protected] on 3.1.2009 is not delivered despite lot of complaint to[protected]. Even submitted e mail complaint on 6.1. 2009.
Blazeflash couriers ltd is not even bothered to acknowledge the complaint.
the courier bearing pod no[protected] to faizabad from lucknow not delivered yet despatched on dt-01.04.09 please do the needful.

They are unable to deliver the document at right time & also unable to provide the details of Envelop/documnetDocument — Return of courier without approach for delivery
Kind attention: To whomsoever it may concernWith regret I would like to inform you that I am not at all satisfied with your service due to the below mentioned reason;
One of our courier in the Name of sasmita was supposed to reach us from Delhi. The consignment no. is[protected]. I have checked in the website on 27.02.10 and status was showing that reached banaglore & handed over to the delivery guy Mr. Prasad. Since that I kept on calling your office Located at chamrajpet. In the land line they were telling me to call prasad and prasad no. is no reachable from past three days. Today again i called and they gave me the feedback that courier has gone back. They are telling lie also like they have called in the no. given in the from address & visited the place also but no one is staying there. I have checked with sasmita and she has gave the feedback that she didn't receive any miss call. Further I have checked with my landlord and they said no such courier has come. I have asked the In charge no. also & they gave me Mr. Chandrasekhar no. i.e. [protected] but like the other employees he too is not bother to pick my call or calling back also.
This shows the lack of effectiveness and unprofessionalism. Now I need that courier to be delivered here. Please let me know when can i get the same. I expect a better responce from you.

My consignment No.[protected] had been dispatched on 19/02/2010 on Noida to Delhi but till date no received . I have complaint to many times to your office and henace no result. non rreceipt of[protected] from Etawah to Gr Noida. sent to kanpur instead. on 31.3.10 not sent to addressee so far.
