Blazeflash Courier — undelivered parcel
This is to bring to notice the reluctant behavior of Blazeflash courier services.I was to receive a parcel from my home in Agra, the courier service people did a blunder by delivering it to a wrong address and that to not handing it to any one. The name mentioned on their records is also non existent.
There is no help from Blazeflash courier service either, the employees are not corporating and misleading.
Please help me I HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENT IN THAT PARCEL.

I was to receive a courier from Agra, here in Hyderadad.
Delivery address:
Capstone manesa,
shreebagh colony,
icici bank lane,
kondapur,
hyderabad.
Courier number is[protected]
I am sorry to say that because of irresponsible behaviour of your staff my courier was delivered to wrong address and also the received person signature were not taken. Your employees here in Hyderabad are not cooperating. Above all, they are trying to mislead and have stopped picking up telephones. The parcel was delivered to security guard Vithaal of some other building who denies receiving it.
Two of your employees in Hyderabad, Sukanya and Venkatesh are not picking up phones.
This behaviour is not acceptable, kindly take some action or else I have no option to take legal action.
