Window AC — Replacement of remote
As my AC was making some sound and remote was not working properly I asked the customercare to take care of it one of the person from Carrier service centre came and did stop the noise which was coming from AC but as the remote was not warking he took away the remote for the replacement but till date the remote has not been replaced. kindly intervine in the matter.Cell No:[protected]

I bought a new window AC in june2006. product serial no- 069976. i have logged a call in customer care for its compressor. complaint no is 15553 dated- 03/06/2009. i am following up with you guys since then but still no one from your company has visited my place. i was looking for a better service from you guys atleast because i have heard a lot about this company before buying..
I request you to look into this matter, if this is not sorted out immediately, this will push me to drag you guys to the court for not providing a proper service.
