Blue Valley Properties — Delay in allotment and commitment | |||
Things changed over the course of the project. Me and my brother ( we both are NRI), invested with an advance three years back. We haven't received any official allotment or registration papers. We paid all our installment according to their schedule. Their VP of marketing is never responsive and doesn't even bother to call back or respond to the queries. Now they are saying why we don't we take back the money. Why should we? Shouldn't they honor their commitment. I hope what others are positively saying about Mr.Raju is true and he is not aware of what his staff is upto. Either ways, it is hard to believe that he won't be aware of the happenings in his company. I am in the process of filing a case in the consumer court either this week or next week I am also getting in touch with lokayukta.
