[Resolved] Bluedart — parcel lost

I have not received my parcel as yet. The parcel was sent across to me from India Today Book Club on the 26th Sept 09. Blue Dart claims that the parcel has been lost by them and its under investigation. It is now 8thOct and i have still not received the parcel yet. Consignment not delivered even after 30 days of tracking

A consignment with tracking/ waybill no.[protected] in the name of subrat tripathi was sent by ebay on 21 Oct 2014. Even after 30 days it has not been delivered. Bluedart is a totally fraud service company. Pls avoid.
