[Resolved]  Bluedart Express — Not Delivered the laptop and did not respond well

Hi This is karthik i happen to send the laptop which i was using to my brother who lives at NaviMumbai.
I choose the Dart Apex since there was a money back guarentee and also would reach NaviMumbai on saturday and it would be easier for him to collect the box since it is an off for him.

The laptop did reach Mumbai and was suppose to be delivered at navi Mumbai .I would have called up a hundred times to the Bangalore office at koramangal with the person's name as Kashi([protected]) he has not come to office till 12 and asked me to contact reetu([protected]) when i contacted her she says the courier has not reached Mumbai.

At 1 Pm
My brother has got a call from the Mumbai (Mittal warehous) saying it has come and if he could come and collect it (at Mumbai) but he stays at Navi Mumbai and they are suppose to deliver it at the respected address.And they said there are no person since it is saturday and would not be able to deliever it today.

If that is the case why do we have to send the courier throught Air . I would have preferred it though Road and saved my money.It was an emergency and wanted to Reach the address at the respected time.

At 3Pm
When i called the mumbai branch again they say that we would try till 5 pm and would do their best to deliever it .

At 5Pm
They gave me the same reply but with a different time frame 8Pm . which is not possible and asked them for a Money Back. but he just disconnected the phone

At 8Pm
They say sorry we are closing the office and not posssible today we would deliver it on monday[protected] when asked them if they can deliver it before 10 Am because i have to for work. He answers we cannot commit on that and would deliver it when we can and not to your convenience .What sort of a response is this .

Never expected Blue Dart would do like this.

Can Anyone help on this .
