[Resolved] Bluedart India Courier Services — Courier delivered to wrong person without authenticated signature of the true recipient. | |
HSBC bank has sent me, Soumen Kumar Chanda, through Blue Dart courier service a new renewal Credit Card. The Blue Dart people not only delivered the courire to the wrong address but also to a complete different person without the authentication true signature of the recipent, that is my signature. I have been given your docket number [protected] dated 02/03/2009 by our supplier M/s kabelSchlepp Banglore 560048.
This docket number is not appearing in your tracking as it is mentioned as wrong number.
I would like to get correct picture about the material delivery.

Dear Aneesh,
This is absolutely wrong as there is no such intimation from Bluedart. Although they called me, I requested them to come after 03.00 PM, as my counterpart is also working, but they never turned back. I do not know why they avoid working in the afternoons.
Moreover I took the initiative & visited their office yesterday at Adalat road, Aurangabad for any pending courier, they did not have any clue. They did not have any tracking mechanism for undelivered courier.I dropped my address & contact # for reverting back to me (can be confirmed by you) but to no benifit.
I am eagerly awaiting the issue & would also request you to blacklist bluedart, atleast in Aurangabad.

i havent received anything yet.can you please check whats the issue as the shipment contains a cheque.

Hi Soumen,
My name is Anupam Verma. There was an incident i would like to report regarding a misbehaving representative from your Chandigarh office. The tel number i called was[protected]. My only concern was to check my Dell system order #[protected] and he replied by shouting at me and used abusive language that, i was not there to receive the package. I tried to explain in a very normal tone that i got a call from one of your representative and i did informed that i will pick the package on my own since i will not be there at home since i am working from 8 am to 530pm. But they still made 3 visits to my place without leaving a note to let me know that there was trying to deliver the package when I was not at home. I am not supposed to dream about their visit. It’s just i happed to call them today and he got furious at me and was using abusive language .Being a female i do not expect this kind of attitude. I am from service industry and i know what is customer service and what are telephone etiquettes but he was not courteous. And to make thinks worst he used abusive language. Please take an action or i will escalate this issue to your highest management.

Blue Dart — Credit card delivered to wrong person
My credit card of hsbc delivered to wrong person thro blue dart and i logged a complaint to Blue dart on April 23rd.Almost 1month(30Days) over, still they didnt solve my issue. If i make call to blue dart customer care[protected]Bangalore, they calls are getting disconnected in the mid of conversation.One of the slowest service in solving issue which i ever seen is Blue dart
