All, This is about my friends bad experience with sai purvi developers alias Bm developers. This cheat builder quotes 400-600rs lessthan the market price.This is the trap. They offer more space and the flat looks great on the brocuchre. Their way of making profit is providing cheap fittings(duplicate jaguar etc) and third class looking paint colours and doors. The sell more car paks than available and at the time of handover run away after collecting all the money and alloting the car parks and the amenities promised. you can check all these with the people who bought in purvi meadows hoodi.They collected 1.5 lakhs for car park and 50k for amenities.nothing has been provided and the flat owners fight with each other for car parking. The builder sold 4 car parks , but actually only 35 are avilable. This builder buys cheap lands near HT lines and cheap locations for throwaway price and gets 3005 profit . I am planning to book a flat in BM Splender park . Anybody booked a flat in this, please share your feedback on documents verification, pricing, construction quality etc.

Me and my few friends have purchased the flat in BM levender. We have checked all the papers and they are fine.
Some people like victorian view are trying to have some claim on these properties but with lots of hard effort of 2 months we came to the conclusion that they are all false and doesn't hold any value. Just not victorian view but also many other NRIs who have purchased the lands some 15 years back have bought this property from some person ( I don't want to mention his name). This person has cheated these NRIs and some other local people by doing plotting of the layout and given some site number with wrong survey number, also without conversion from agricultural to non-agricultural.
Me and my friends have verified the case numbers also which they have filled in the court but those cases are on some survey number which doesn't even exist so looks like these people were cheating 15 years back but as they have put their money at that time so they want to claim some money.
When we had a discussion on above particular topic with the builder, he mentioned that the people who are claiming for the property doesn't have the proper proofs to show in the court and they are coming one by one to settle their dispute out of the court.
It is with lots of hard work of 2 months we came to the conclusion that we can go ahead with this property and we are going for the agreement next week. Our lawyer has given the green signal on this purchase.

i Disobey the above comment made by whom soever, i have purchased a flat in bm green woods. in sarjapura road, i have gone through the papers and document of the property, it is fine and feels comfort, and project work in fully swing, which will be completed by oct 2013.
And i am aware of other projects, which have been completed also.

I recently bought a Flat in BM Marvel. I didn't face any issues and the construction is almost coming to an end. I have been monitoring the progress from the time of booking, I got the correct updates from builder. I will be getting my Flat in 3-4 months.
Also B, M Developers don't include any hidden costs like other developers.

1. There was no delay in possesion
2. Car parking and aminities provided as agreed during registration
3. Given best price in that location
4. My lawer checks all documents and they all are fine
Overall very good experiance and my friends too purchased flat from BM and they are also satified.
They give best price for any property in Bangalore.
I completely disagree with victorian view on above comments.

I see this guy(Victorian view) has copied and pasted similar complaint details for other project GM heritage which is near to BM project on borewell road. I am so confused and don't know whom to believe. I am also looking for the property in same area.
