[Resolved]  BMC — illegal construction

Dear Sir,

I am a 50% owner of a plot of land at 255, Dharavi Main Road.The cadestal survey no is 322. as peThe only other co owner is my brother Prakash Ajit Merchant.This plot has been encroached by one tenant Mr Aziz.He is known as "MAMU" and he claims to be the owner to all the people around the place.

He has very recently constructed an illegal one storey structure ready for use without my permission.He has the support of my brother in this matter.He has even illegally got the electric connection done by BEST without my permission.

I request you to stop this immediately as I have not givel any kind of written permission in this regard.

The area of this structure is approx 400 sq feet (grounf + upper floor=800 sq. feet.

I have financial problems and cannot afford to take much action in this regard.

BMC " M " west, ward vertical complaint regarding the illegal construction on 22, 25, 26, 27 was by mail and two letters of complaints were BMC M ward department has not yet taken any associated reverse the senior officials of the depatrment supervisor killari mony trying to show the dismiss the case immediately to the official request was processed.
ref. dated 22, 25 mail to your office, complaint 2 letter post to M ward, but no any type action your office

with reference to the above, please note that the above said illegal construction work running presently without B. M. C. permission
I hereby request you to please send your representative & visit the site then you know about the same & your office take immediate action for the illegal work is running without B.M. C. office permission
I hereby humbly request to take immediate & urgent action against the said illegal work and demolish the same and also take action against the said contractor MUTTU SWAMI under M. R . T. P. act
also due to use low quality material for the said illegal work any time collapse the said work & any common public arise! all these things note & once again request to take immediate action for the illegal work & demolish the same on urgent basis
the said contractor doing illegal work for long time in ' M ' ward but your office not taken any action against him and therefore he continuosly doing the illegal work which please note
I once again request yo to please take immediate action against the said contractor MUTTU SWAMI & house owner.

We have too many illegal shops in Sahyadri Nagar, Charkop, Kandivali (West) area. They don't have any permit to run such shops within internal residential area. I am not sure how society has given permission for the same. I would request you to take action against these illegal shops & make this place good stay for residential.
