[Resolved]  BMC Mumbai — Illegal sub-renting of Residential property

Dear Sir,

This is to draw your kind attention to the illegal Sub-letting of Residential property at 1st floor, Ganpati Bhavan, opp. to Canara Bank, Naigaon, Dadar (East), MUMBAI 400 014.

Sir,

Person name Mr. Suhas Sawant is tenant in above mention property but he has illegaly sub-rent this property to number of boys and girls as PG. He has not even done police registration of the Tenants. His action in nuisance to the society. Everyday they create a scene and disturb the resistance. Shops below are also facing problems due to this illagal sub-letting. He take every thing in Cash and don't repay security to tenants when they leave and tenants create row to get his security deposits. resisdence get disturbed with this nuisance even in MIDNIGHT.

I say that the above activities are illegal and that the occupants are carrying the activities without obtaining the necessary permission/ licenses from the appropriate authorities.

I, therefore request you to instruct the officers concerned to take immediate steps to ensure that such illegal commercial and illegal activities are stopped with immediate effect and necessary action taken against the violators.

Sir,

Person name Mr. Anand Mainkar is tenant in above mention property but he has illegaly sub-rent this property. He has not even done police registration nor society permission of the Tenants.

I say that the above activities are illegal and that the occupants are carrying the activities without obtaining the necessary permission/ licenses from the appropriate authorities.

I, therefore request you to instruct the officers concerned to take immediate steps to ensure that such illegal commercial and illegal activities are stopped with immediate effect and necessary action taken against them.

ILLEGAL FISH SELLING BUSINESS

Dear Sir,

This matter is regarding NM Joshi CHS, Gawan Pada, Mulund (East), Mumbai – 400 081 (T Ward), which is a total residential area / building. The tenants of Mr. Raju Palkar, N.M. Joshi CHS Ltd., Building No.3, A Wing, Ground floor operate a FISH SELLING BUSINESS from their residence. This business has been progress since a very long time. However even on repeated objection from Society Members and numerous complaints to the MCGM – T ward this matter has not been solved. This business of selling is operated on Wednesday, Friday & Sunday in morning time. Further to this we would like to inform you that, this makes a surrounding area very unhygienic, attacks a lot of flays, make the area dirty due to melting ICE and there is a very high smell.

I say that the above activities are illegal and that the tenant are carrying the activities without obtaining the necessary permission/ licenses from the appropriate authorities.

I, therefore request you to instruct the officers concerned to take immediate steps to ensure that such illegal commercial and illegal activities are stopped with immediate effect and necessary action taken against the tenant.

Even after 8 months of my complains regarding illegal subletting by Mr. Suhas Sawant in Dadar (east), no action has been taken so far. People are suffering by his illegal action. Kindly Do the needful.

Kindly draw your attention, I stay at MESHRAM HOUSE, Vidarbha Ho - Soc, Asalpha ngr, Andheri ghatkopar link Road, Ghatkopar West Mumbai 400084. we are facing lot of problem with the Fariwala stall and now they are PERMANANT SATLLED, people are standing to eat any how and we couldn't pass easily as it facing in front of our entrance gate,
some people also sit in our premisess to take alchahol shouting loudly, we feel insecure at our HOME.
please take the immediate action on this.

PLEASES LOOK AT IT ...In dahisar west, near dahisar bridge, b b road, we have a big serious issue ...near river view party hall ...we have a big land for playing ground ...and the owner of party hall he converted that PG in a big company with out any harding ...this is really big issue ...we allready compplaint in BMC but every time that owner pays a big amount to some person and that place never break ...pls i have a big request to BMC Commisioner pls look at this meter very seriously ...the place is so big aroung 5000 sq/feet ...and rite now he is getting 1100000 laks rent of that illegel place ...
