[Resolved]  Bombay Hospital — Surcharge related

Bombay hospital has charged me a surcharge which was not reimbursed by the insurance company. First I thought its a normal process. When I went for further treatment of my son at Lilavati hospital they didn't charged me any surcharge. Which looks strange to me. I think Bombay hospital is doing something illegal here.

BOMBAY HOSPITAL IS CHARGING HEAVY SURCHARGE WHICH IS TOO HIGH... MY FATHER IS TAKING MEDICAL TREATMENT THERE TILL NOW I HAVE PAID AROUND 20000 RS AS SURCHARGE WHICH IS NOT COVERED UNDER MEDICLAIM. I HAVE CHECKED WITH OTHER HOSPITALS as WELL but they not charging any surcharge on bills. I THINK BOMBAY HOSPITAL IS TAKING ILLEGALY. WHEN I ASKED THE CONCERN ABOUT THIS CHARGES THEY SAID IT'S A PROCEDURE. I THINK THIS SHOULD STOP FOR PUBLIC WELFARE AND PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE MEDICLAIM FACILITY.
