This is with regards to the most pathetic customer service experience I received ttoday from the call center of Bookmy show.com.The agent's name was Shruti Devadiga.
I had called them regarding a movie booking the charge for which was debited from my card however, the transaction had failed.
My 1st call- Agent Shruti Devadiga.....My husband spoke to her and advice her of the situation and she hsked us to try the transaction again after 30 mins..
My 2nd call- (The worst experience) Agent Shruti Devadiga. again...Afeter following all the instructions given by Shruti ..we wanted to speak to her superviosr to register a complain,since I was unable to avail an offer..Shruti bluntly refused stating that her supervisor was busy.What took us by surprise was that she did not even place me on hold ..and just refused..I asked her more than 5 times but got the same reply...she wa very adamant and said her supervisor would share the same info hence she was not able to transfer the call..I ensured that i stayed online for more than 30 mins and this agent was so adamant that she just did not want me to speak to her supervisor..Is this the customer service to be received from a call center..she was extremely rude ...to add to that she disconnected the call leaving my query unresolved.
I am not concerned about the charge on my account..but the service that I received today was horrible....
The calls recorded should be heard...and I am sure you will understand what an experience I had .. Was this information helpful? |
