[Resolved] BookMyShow — BookMyShow deducted money from bank account and didn't send tickets | |
Please provide as much information as possible...I have made a purchase for two tickets on book my show. The money is deducted from my bank account. But the tickets did not get booked. I got sms from bank that money was deducted. But didnt get any sms from book my show, no emails either. So I called them up and said that I am not getting the tickets send to me. They said they cannot do anything about it. I spoke to a junior and he told me that it will take 7-10 days to be refunded, and he advised me to book the tickets again when I actually have no money left in my account to book the tickets again. He is unwilling to help by any means and book it for us. after lot of persistence he then handed the phone over to some senior authority who too seemed disinterested to interact. the point is the book my show knows the transaction took place but they are neither quick with their refund process neither they showed any interest to fix up the problem by booking the tickets with their system. this is completely a case of cheating. Has happened previously with me too. Looks like they are taking the money and holding on to it for some time, which can be used for stock trading and other investments to make profit. i lost my money, my evening was wasted and they expect me to book the tickets again and follow up with them for the amount deducted. However it takes a maximum of 10 working days from the date of transaction for the amount to get refunded back to the account. The reversal reference code for the transaction is 907692.
Your concern is very important to us, however there is no provision to convert a failed transaction into a confirmed booking.
Please quote the mentioned code to the card issuing bank to know the exact status of your transaction.
