I tried to book tickets for a movie through bookmyshow.com on 16th november 2012. The mode of payment was internet banking provided by axis bank.a amount of 410 was lost from account. It resulted in a failed transaction I.E, I DID not receive my tickets but the money was debited from my account.I request you to kindly look into the matter .
