The most unprofessional people i have seen. Not ready to help at all. all you can hear from them is sorry the offer is closed. I tried to book tickets for the weekend, and used the visa blockbuster weekend offer. I used 2 different cards for the transaction and both the times the transaction failed. when i called up the bookmyshow people, they said due to a technical issue from OUR side, the transaction could not go through and told me to wait for 30 minutes to get the card unlocked. when i tried again, they say the offer tickets have been exhausted. when i called them again to say this, their reply being, sorry due to a technical issue from your side, the transaction didnt go through and we cannot do anything now, whereas my internet connection has been working fine. the mobile number i used for the booking being [protected]. i would suggest all not to use such services from a crappy website but rather go book the tickets at the theatre or online from some other better site. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Ohh and when i said i would forward the complaint to the consumer forum, they said, no comments, go ahead! it seems something has got on to their head!
