As per Your Guarantee Card it has six months guarantee, and from the last 15 days your dealer kept my drill machine which was not working and today he returned the same saying this it cannot be repaired/replaced now as its guarantee is almost expired it is not practically possible to send it now for repair. I failed to understand your dealers behaviour with the customer and I am stunned to hear his reply for not accepting the drill machine which is still under guarantee. It will be grave nature of breach of trust and unethical and illegal act of your liability towards your customers.
I would request your to kindly get my machine reparied/replace immediately otherwise I willl seek assistance under consumer forum. Due to the delay in providing the service my work is suffering a lot and I am facing problem without the drill machine.
If you will not here your customers grievance It will hamper on your reputation and your customer will move towards other manufacturers of DRILL MACHINES.
I hope you will sincerely hear my complaint and expect from you an early solution of my grievance to maintain the serenity of good eithics albiet your dealer is polluting the root of dealer and customers relations.
I HOPE TO GET MY DRILL MACHINE REPARIED/REPLACED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY.
