Boss Ephone 3300 — IMEI number not activate

i purchased boss ephone 3300 from naptol.there is a executive name ruchi she told me this mobile IMEI number is valid and if i feel any problem in mobile they will collect mobile and give me back with in seven days .i received mobile on 11 may but IMEI number is not activate.my invoice no is 2107803,vat[protected]v,cst no[protected]c,and order number is 369937.
now they are telling send this mobile by courier.why i will send it by courier while i purchased new mobile from naptol new mobile mean every thing should be ok .company is cheat me please take a action against this company .
