Boss e phone 3300 is ophone ie.. Zero phone Iam ramakrishna, who bought a mobile handset on 21/03/2010 from naaptol.com and it become problem to me. I bought new handset called boss ephone-3300 after saw the add in news paper. I saw the mobile discription and details in the web naaptol.com. After getting the mobile when start to use there were a lot of difference in the mobiles features. 1) first of all this mobile is touchscreen. But actually if i use all my fingures pressure then also it will not work. This is the main problem. 2) in the web showing that gprs can access from this mobile but actually none of service provider sending the gprs setting to that mobile because it is not compitable to their setting. Basic thing to buy ephone is to use different e-things from the mobile like internet and gprs. But in this mobile it is not possible. 3) another thing it is showing that internal antenna availability but actully not. 4) once again sight showing that the availability of specific caller tones. Actually you can't put seperate caller tone to group also. Basically inthis phone you can't make group also. Totally this phone is not ephone. This phone is ophone. That means zero phone. I bought same phone on april 16 order no. 311381..firstly it started to hang everyday so i need to reinsert my battery to start the phone...then after few days touchscreen stopped working..A third class phone from chinese company.when i contacted customer service they told u had to pay 1200 to get it repaired for touchscreen..eventhough the mobile is in warranty period they are demanding 1200 rs extra for touch sceen repair which totaly cheating...realy a bad experience for me...i would not suggest anybody to take mobile from NAPTOL.ITS JUST WASTE O[censored]R MONEY...

My name is Burt Nagar, I purchased this boss e phone 3300, and there is no support from www.bossmobiles.com which is their official website. I want to install some applications and some games but java doesn't work properly and the user manual is absoluetly useless. If one wants to format and re-install everything there are no instructions at all. I would really appreciate some help.
hi my name is mubeen ahmed. I had bought the same ephone from naaptol.com. Utter rubbish handset. The battery life is too low. The touchscreen of the phone went faulty after pnly a couple of months. I bought the handset on 30/07/2010 order no. 617101. challan no. 3705798. Sellers krishna traders. When i contacted the customer service they said the touchscreen is not covered under warranty. What reply.. The main feature of the handset is that its a touchscreen and that only is not covered under warranty. The telecommunication industry ombudsmen should take this up with such cheap advertisers such as naaptol.com. since my handset is now out of warranty i just want to know where i could get a new touchpad for the ephone.. As in the market a similar touchpad is not available. Please help as i have inveated 4200rs on the phone.
