Boss Ephone 3300 Complaints & Reviews

i purchased boss ephone 3300 from naptol.there is a executive name ruchi she told me this mobile IMEI number is valid and if i feel any problem in mobile they will collect mobile and give me back with in seven days .i received mobile on 11 may but IMEI number is not activate.my invoice no is 2107803,vat[protected]v,cst no[protected]c,and order number is 369937.
now they are telling send this mobile by courier.why i will send it...

Iam ramakrishna, who bought a mobile handset on 21/03/2010 from naaptol.com and it become problem to me. I bought new handset called boss ephone-3300 after saw the add in news paper. I saw the mobile discription and details in the web naaptol.com. After getting the mobile when start to use there were a lot of difference in the mobiles features.
