[Resolved] BPCL petro card — Redemption of petro miles

I have sent redemption request for redemption of petro miles against four of my petro cards. I had received only one item against the redemption. The maximum period allowed by BPCL is three months. Now it has passed the limit of three months. Only assurance is there from them. No steps have been taken to send the items. The details of the items are given below: T. S. 0n 14th Dec 2009 i have applied for card replacement and sent 2 email request reminder. but so for i have not received the card or not received any responce in the matter.

BPCL had issued the petrocard somewhere in 2000 to me when I was in Delhi ( name on the card S M KHOKALE) . Now I came back to Delhi and want to use the Petrocard. Kindly advice.
The customer care no. on the card are old and hence unable to contact any of them.

I am the holder of petro bonus card No.[protected] and I have redeemed the petrol miles on dated 12.11.2012 and item code was 1201 and for the above said items the 6666 petro miles were redeemed by the authorized agent of Bharat Petroleum, KUMAR PETROLIUM, JODHPUR, AHMEDABAD--380015 and till date my mobile no ---[protected] of vodafone service provider is not topped up my balance by rs.100/- still pending.I made request and complaint to the Bharat Petroleum, KUMAR PETROLIUM, JODHPUR, AHMEDABAD-380015 but nothing has been done even after passing of NINE days As per the terms and conditions of the company, it was stated that the gift will be handed over to the customer within 24 hours now 216 hrs has already been passed and nothing has been done from the company side, Kindly do the needful and look into the matter expeditiously .
