rule of 21 days

sir,
iam an indane consumer with NO.26596 registered at sri balaji gas agency /krishnapuram ambattur,Chennai,
i wish to know why they insist me to book the next cylinder after 21 days from the date of previous delivery,in addition to that they take another 5 days to register the booking into the system,hence i had to wait a total of 21+ 5 =26 days to get my booking registered,and 10 to 15 days for the cylinder to reach home...

Non delivery of LPG gas on time

I have booked a LPG gas cylinder on 03/11/2009 vide my Consumer No-6688 to DELHI GAS ,Uttam Nagar personally visit at agency.I mentioned T.No. Of the agency 64651996,64651997 and 18565275.
He does not attend the telephones.
He does not deliver the supply on time..
His behavoiur is very rude....

i was booking my cylinder as on 23 oct 2009, first time and i got to time of delivery on 4th nov. 2009 but still the time i was not recieved my cylinder.
second time today i met to office where i take to reply that your booking was cancell and i am book to again today and get to delivery time on 17th nov. 2009.

Hum vashi , sector 26 se aapko yeh compliant de rahe ki hamare yahan bharat gas ki ek hi agency hen. Only in sector 29. Yeh agency hume time pe gas deliver nahi karti . pochhane par kahete hen ki humare pas sabko deneke liye stock nahi raheta. Magar hume malum he n ki yeh agency black e cycliender bech rahi hain. Ek to delivery ke 20 din tak booking nahi hoti aaur booking ke time par 7-8 din bolkar bhi delivery nahi...

Policy for Cylinders per connection or consumer

HI

I got the gas connection with single cylinder around 3 yrs ago from BP dealer in Gultekdi-Pune area.
Sametime I also asked him for 2nd cylinder. till date the dealer is rejecting for 2nd cylinder stating reason as a company policy.
May i know what the policy of issuing 2 domestic cylinders.

what should i do to get the 2nd cylinder

not received refill even after one month

not recieved refill even after one month. i think the agent is selling in block market.


please guide me anyone for whome i have to complain regarding this. this problem should be solved. this is not only my problem it is of every one in the HASSAN (Karnataka.)....

I am a unsatisfied active customer of Deoria (Utter Pradesh). This is not only me but all your customer of Deoria who comes under Deoria Gas Services are very disappointed by the local rules. There are new rules conducted by Deoria Gas Services for domestic gas customer:

delay in supply of gas refill

I have a gas connection with Sandhya gas service, Thiruvananthapuram. The agency is puts much delay in booking the gas and delivering it. Last time I booked for a cylinder on 26/10/2009 and on persistent follow up I am told that I will get a refill on 12/11/2009. GAS LEAKAGE FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE CYLINDER

I have received an domestic LPG cylinder from M/s. Ramachandra Gas Agency, Point Care Street, Pondicherry on 02.11.2009. The gas inside the cylinder is leaking at the bottom wreckage. I lodged a complaint over phone to the said gas agency on 02.11.2009 at 6.00 pm, but they have not yet replace the cylinder so far. The cylinder is still leaking and I am very much afraid of it. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Thanking you sir. sd/-...

Transfer from Indane to Bharat Gas

I have transferred by domestic gas supply card (Indane) from Jorhat (Assam) to Kolkata. Since Bharatgas has a supply depot very close to my residence at Nilachal Complex, Narendrapur, I requested the Manager, Bharatgas Supplier, to transfer my connection from Indane to Bharatgas. I have been told that they will not do this.

Next, I requested them to provide me with a new connection. I was told that I shall have to pay Rs4,500/-...

Booking for refill one month before, still not delivered

Hi,

I have a gas connection cons. no . 28908 under Sai Priya Gas Agency, Bolarum, Hyderabad. First of al, After the booking, I will not get the cylider delivered in my place. I need to remind them once in two days, because nobody will give proper reply. whenever any body cals to remind, they will say it will be delivered the same day or very next day. They don't even to listen. Like automatic reply, they will start telling....
