Sir,
Please note that I am a consumer of your Gas Company having Consumer No.J-2908. I
am not getting the gas cylinders regularly & frrom last three days i contrinue tried to book my cylinder over telephone but they are not responding.
At the time of booking it was informed that I will receive the cylinder after 10 days and even after 7 days of the bill despatched from the office I never received the cylinder. On calling they are not giving proper response. It should be taken very seriously. It is very difficult to manage once the cylinder gets over hence we use to book it prior.
Please do some arrangement to solve the problem and kindly make some provision of timely delivery of the cylinder for the customers .

sir, my name is probal chatterjee. i have bharat gas. jai hind bharat gas serampore. my consumer no is J-10761. 1.09.2012 i received a gas. but next day i see likeg the gas. i complened. but not responce. so sir plz help me.

    I have a gas connection with Bharat Ratan Stat City Gas Service Taranagar distt. churu (raj.). The agency is booking the gas after 21 days. Last time I booked for a cylinder on 07/11/2009 but we have not received the delivery till date. Please help me and ask your agency holder to supply the gas in time.

    BPCL — there is not booking facility on phone and no delivery on time

    i am consumer of swaran gas, patiala gate, sangrur bearing consumer no:-s10017.i would like to bring into your kind notice that nobody attend the phone for gas booking .they should not make entry for gas booking in the consumer book and no any recipt given by owner while deliver the gas.for gas booking they should make entry into on plain paper.Neither into consumer book nor into computer.

    I have Indane Gas Connection having No.8228. I have booked my LPG Gas Cylinder on 19.06.10 and booking No.8475from Bedi Indan Gas Agency having office address :- B-43, Kartar Nagar, Main 3 & half Pusta, Delhi-110053. But not delivered by them till today i.e. 02.07.10. They are not assuring that it will be delivered to my postal address. So you are requested to take necessary action against that Agency so that I and other consumer may not be disturbed and get their delivery in time.
    Sir/madam, I'm form bhubaneswar having consumer No. 38957812, taken service from VARSHA ENTERPRISES, SAHID NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA. Which is the most slow service provider. They are always giving silly excuse of late supply from your side. But simultaneously other agencies are giving proper service. I fear they're doing some black market. Till now I'm waiting for my gas although booked since ONE MONTH. Please do something. Thank you.

      I am Baljeet singh customer of bharat gas service.my consumer no. is 381 and distributer name is NIRMAL ENTERPRISES (A-19, Chandra Vihar, Nilothi, near VIkas Puri, Delhi). Home delivery of this agency is never good. Whenever i book to the refill they never reach to my home. When i complaint in this subject they gave no response and sometime they misbehave and said "Jahan complain karni hai kar lo". Please take immediate action.

      Dear Sir,

      I have would like to bring it to your notice that I have booked a LPG gas cylinder on 13 November 2007.

      Still i have not received the cylinder and the responses are also very poor. We are frustrated with the Bharat gas service.

      Pl look into this and look forward for a positive response.

      The complaint is regarding the distributor(Gulab Gas Agency, vaishali nagar, jaipur) of Bharatgas of our area. The booking servise is very poor. They do not bood gas over the phone. Everytime we call them they are either busy or they do not pick up the call.The staff they have recurited is useless. Even though if by chance they pick up the call and book cyclinder over phone they do not provide with the booking number and then we have to go to their office and book the cyclinder personally. we are facing this issue every time. Is been 5 days when I am trying to call and book cyclinder and these people are not responding to my call. I tried calling them continously for more the 2 hours but the result is the same.Please look into the matter and do the needful.
      Kindly respond to this at the earliest.
      MADAM ENTERPRISES/BHARATH GAS, is not responding to call, the numbers listed on the website are not working for almost a month. i have booked a refill order on bharat gas website two weeks back and have not received the cylinder.
      There seems to irresponsible behavior from the agency.
      Im a consumer of bharat gas and my Distributor sai bharat gas agency in not co-operating when a gas cylinder is booked with him he refuses to give a delivery of same and advise that i need to come next day before 8:30 to get a cylinder. I requested him that i work late night and it wont be possible for me to come earlier at 08:30 but with no positive response he refuses and forced me to collect from shop before 08:30. however it is clearlt mentioned in consumer card that a gas cylinder will be delivered to consumer address within 4-5 working days. and even when i asked that i need to close the gas connection with you no positive response is givern and just advise me that you have to speak to their headoffice which is located around 8 km from my place. do you think it is a right process followed by you. i need a action on this ASAP.       I am a consumer of Bharat Gas in Viluppuram "Imayam Gas Agency" with double cylinder, I booked for gas cylinder on 15.11.2008( the agency accepted booking only after 20 days of gas cylinder issued), but still ( 28.11.08) I have not received my gas cylinder, every time they said next day, I received gas cylinder lastly on 23.10.08. Not only this month, every month the “Imayam Gas Agency”, gas cylinder issued after 33, 34, 35 days. I request that please arrange next gas cylinder issue within 30-31 days, thanking you.

      I face very poor response from "Gas Jet" (tel no: +[protected], 24533279/0825) every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. When I physically go to their office for booking and I saw that the receiver of the phone set is lifted. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they give the delivery time at least 15-20 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all.

      If you can avoid taking a connection from Bharat Gas, pls do. After all these hassles I feel private gas agencies are a better option. These agencies like Bharat Gas are just there to make your life miserable!!!

      i have transfared Indian gas to Bharat gas since last two months at hithyeshi enterprises, anekal bangalore. but rightnow he is closed the agency withought any notice to the customers and in my case he is taken original papers of Indian gas[ transfer ciertificate from belgaum] but not yet given my original Bharat gas customer certificate. i am very dificulty to find him to get my documents and i am transfared from belgaum to anekal. Without gas not possible o lead the life this is one of very essentional also, kindly do the help in this regard

      I am a domestic LPG user of Bharat gas (Rahul gas Service)located at N P thakker marg vileparle (east) Mumbai 400057, cons no.3191 .Whenever I book a cylinder, it is assured that it will take 3 or 4 days but even after 8 to 10 days there is no delivery done and after constant reminders the cylinder is delivered, as we have a joint family our gas gets over in 15 days but I was told that I can book my cylinder after 15 days of the delivery of the previous one but I cant understant how it is possible if the previous ordered one takes 15 days to be delivered.

I have issued only one cylinder(May'2005).You have alloted one cylinder, you have confirmed that 2nd cylinder to be issued with in 3 months but till now you have not issued. as per my family requirement I have many times requested the agency to issue 2nd Cylinder, but they refused to issue 2nd cylinder to me.

      I am also agree with the poor service complaint of bhat gas point indore,
      my consumer no is 5486 which is on my fathers name, they are not transferring it to my name & the connection is swithced off since two years.the service is pethetic & the are not resposing me aproperatly.

      Serivce of this delear is very poor. Also Employee behaviour is rude. They always not dealing consumer complaint seriously.

      my consumer no is 6832 in the name of Ashar Mohammd of Bahrat Gas.My booking office is at Friends gas agency,bharat nagar,new delhi.Form the last three,four months we are not getting timely delivery.Even they are not picking the phone .Due to thios we could ot booked our connection.Booking of gas delivery only possible after personal visit.I have booked for gas delivery on 17/12/09 but till date at 4 pm we could not get the delivery.Kindly look the matter.
      My consumer no is 1596A in the name of Nirmal Enterprises of Bahrat Gas (A-19 Chandra Vihar Niloti Near Vikar Puri). I am consumer of Bharat Gas more than 15 years. Form the last 3-4 months, we are not getting timely delivery. Even they are not picking the phone and if they pick it cut without booking and sometimes they pick, they did not give booking number because as usual there was electricity problem, always unable to give booking number. Due to this, we could not book our connection. Gas booking not possible with the phone. So kindly look after this matter as soon as possible.
      You are absolutely right. We are also having our gas connection under this distributor and facing same problem. Moreover, in a sense practically we are using facility of only ONE cylinder, though we have deposited the required charges for TWO cylinders.
      Because they are not taking the booking request withing 20 days of delivery of one cylinder and by that time the other one is also empty. Now, after they take the booking, they will not deliver the booked cylinder before 12-15 days. So practically we are paying for TWO authorizations and actually availing only ONE and that to in a very miserable situation.
      I am Dheeraj Gupta & my cons No. 14829. Our gas agency name is Hitesh Gas Service 8742, Shidi Pura, Model Basti, New Delhi-5. They never give delivery on time & weight of gas cylinder is always less. they never pick phone no. they are[protected],[protected]. some times they are not working. I am very much upset for my gas agency. Give me right solution.

      RECENTLY OUR BOOKING WAS ON 06/09/2010 AND WAITING NO.181.
      TODAY IS 29/09/2010.i.e EVEN AFTER 23 DAYS WE HAVE NOT GOT OUR REFILL CYLINDER.

      OUR GAS WAS TRANSFERRRED FROM MUMBAI TO PRAGATI ENTERPRISES PUNE ON 22/01/2010.SINCE THEN EVERYTIME IT HAS BEEN A HEADACHE TO BOOK AND GET GAS CYLINDER IN TIME.
      WHILE BOOKING TIME ITSELF THEY RUDELY TELL THAT IT WILL TAKE 15-16 DAYS TO GET THE CYLINDER.
      WITHIN 23 DAYS 181 CYLINDERS COULDNOT BE DELIVERED IS A VERY FUNNY STATISTICS.
      FURTHER THE TIMINGS OF THIS DISTRIBUTER IS 8.30 AM.TILL 11.00 AM,THE PHONES ARE SWICTHED OFF.AND AT THE END OF THE DAY NOBODY BOTHERS TO PICK UP THE PHONE.
      ALTERNATIVELY THE DELIVERY MAN OFFERS TO DELIVER THE CYLINDER WITHIN 1 DAY AT HIGHER RATE WITHOUT RECEIPT.FROM WHERE DOSE THE STOCK COMES FOR THIS ILLEGAL DELIVERY?
      WILL ANY HIGHER AUTHORITY FROM BHARAT GAS WILL LOOK IN THE MATTER?

      b[protected] is engaged everytime, even though it rings nobody lifts the phone, i have tried these numbers for more than two months.

      and getting cylinder from Anand gas 379/b main mathura road badarpur new delhi and
      connection no.is 24819.I Am facing problem since a year this agency is not giving even a 1
      cylinder in a month instead if any 1 wants they are giving by taking extra charges it means
      this agency is doing black of the cylinder so kindly suggest me what should i do.
      I am a genuine costumer so i dont want 2 give any extra charges.

      Hi my
      name is Vikram from Zaheerabad. In my home gas cylinder exploded 5 years
      due to leakage of gas pipeline and our house also burnt during that
      accident.
      All we want now is a new gas cylinder in case of damaged
      cylinder. we are circling around regional gas for for 6 months but they are
      delaying and are not showing any interest in our case.
      We don't have
      cylinder from 5 years, they are not working sincerely and not considering
      our problem as a problem. They have taken my damaged cylinder but not
      replaced new cylinder.
      So please try to solve my problem as soon as
      possible because we don't have cylinder right now.
      Mainly the staff of
      zaheerabad are not working properly and are not showing any interest in our

        Irregular delivery of domestic gas cylinder

        Sir,
        Is Agency se saara nagar pareshan hai.kabhi sahi samay par Gas milti nahi hai Agar extra 100-150/- de sake to kabhi bhi mil sakti hai.Anya jankari ke liye 16 NOV.09 ka DAINIK BHASKAR/MANDLA BHASKAR News-Paper dekh sakte hai.krupaya hamare card ki details dekhe.

        Iam residing MAdavaram. My local Bharat gas distributor is KANIIGA GAS AGENCY. I have enquired for new connection. He is charging me Rs.9000 for new connection & Rs. 4000/ for additional cylinder.
        He is saying that this an offer to buy wetgrinder, gas stove and cylinder at above mentioned price.
        Eventhough i told i have already have the wet grinder (which is not relavnat to lpg gas connection) withut that they wont sell the product.

        Normally, most of the local consumers are purchasing the offer pack. the distributor getting more money out of it. THey are exploiting the consumers by selling unwanted products.

        kindly look in to the matter at the earliest and make the product available to all needy people at the reasonable price.

          Dear sir,
          My Home Gas connection was from perappadan gas agency, mala, Trichur. They were proper in supply. Before 1 year, without my permission my gas connection changed to another agency in Eriyad, Kodungallur, Trichur. They are not proper in supply. I have to wait more than 2 months for getting a cylinder. They will not come in a proper day. So we have to wait for them all days in a week. Also this agency is very far from my home. So thay taking more service charge.

          Kindly tell me what I have to do for revert back my Gas connection to my previous agency?

            Sir my gas regulator is not in position to use so i want a replacement for this but agency owner told that it is not in stock and also told it will be issued again only after payment of Rs 150/-
            Is this correct?

              Poor Services by Shriram gas Agency - Bharat gas - sinhagad road - PUNE

              It has been very bad experience with Shriram Gas Agency (Bharat gas on sinhgad road pune). I would like to bring to your notice that they are very unprofessional while dealing with customers and providing any kind of service, below are some highlights :-

              - First they took a long to provide a new connection of cylinder
              - Then they are worst at providing refill cylinder delivery, our gas was over and it’s been almost...

              I had read a News paper report on 5th Nov.2009 that Shri Murali Devra, Hon. Minister for Petroleum had made a statement in Economic Ministers conference at Delhi, that there is no restriction for booking/ taking two gas cylinders at a time. Now gas agencies are permitting to book the 2nd cylinder only after 20-25 days after delivery of 1st cylinder. Minister made it clear that there is no such restriction imposed from the Petroleum ministry and it should not be. He also said that a circular to all gas agencies will be sent in this regard.
              After 12 days, today while approaching my Gas agency ( Prasanth Gas Agency, Cherthala, Kerala ) for booking my 2nd cylinder. They told me that only after 25 days I will be able to book my cylinder and I have to wait for another 5 days for completing the period. I told them about the statement made by Hon. Minister. They told me that they didn’t receive any such circular so far.
              I would like to know whether any such restriction was imposed for booking the gas earlier from the Petroleum ministry and whether it is lifted now.

                I had got my car fuel refilled from Masih Automobile(Dealer Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.) Road No. 75B, Vikas Marg Etxn., Anand Vihar, Delhi -92 vide receipt No. 691463 dtd. 14.11.09. The meter all of suddent went up from Rs. 1140 to Rs. 1540/-.                 This courier yet not received in my address.

                There are 2 types of cheatings happening in a petrol bunk which is located in Peda alavala padu, P.C palli mandal, Prakasam dt, 523111, Andhra pradesh.

                No:1: There are mixing heavy quantity of kerosene.
                No:2: There meter readings are wrong.


                If they continue the same malpractices, your company gets bad name very soon, they have been doing this same from so many months, people do not have any other options unless using their petrol.

                Please take necessary action against them otherwise i will take to court with proofs what i have currently.

                  My self is pushpit. My costumer no. is VE 998.My area distributer VICTORY GAS AGENCY BHARAT GAS RAJENDRA PARK NANGLOI is not delivering the cooking gas in time.They takes minimum 16 days for dilivery of cooking gas after booking.All of them are corrupt.I have to suffer.They supply non commercial cyllinders in black and demand 550Rs/cylinder.If we request them and ask the question for late dilivery then they reply we hav not stock of cooking gas where as in the black u can purchase instantly.They behave very rudely.I dnt know about all the costumers but t have 2 suffer every month in delivery of cooking gas.Plz look in the matter to curb this type problem.I am so confused.i hope u will take nessary steps and my problem will solve.

                    we are having customer account number 1502 in west end gas agency, mumbai kandivali (west)

                    As our consumption of a gas is a negligeable from approx last one year.as my father died and mother is staying majour time outoff india with my younger brother because of her ell health and age problem.

                    when my mother come back , and she require gas for domestic use , we book the gas on phone line.
                    the cerk told , that we are not book the gas from last six month we have to meet the ownear of the west end gas agency, while contecting them they say we have to give them the latter, while producing latter, he demand the copy rationing card, then he demand the passport copy.

                    now he say we have to prove the name in passport and rationing card is a same pearson.

                    CAN U PLEASE CLEARYFY SOME OF MY DOWNTS:

                    HOW THE GAS DISTRIBUTOR DENEY TO SUPPLY OF GAS TO CONSUMER .
                    IS THRARE ANY RULES THAT IF HUSBAND DIED, THEN GAS AUTHORUTY WILL NOT SUPPLY GAS TO HIS WIDOW.

                        I don't know whether these complaints are ever been read by someone who can actually take some actions against these. But still I would still like to share my experience with the public.
                        I'm having a gas connection with Bharat Gas (Mahalaxmi Enterprises) in Bangalore. From past two months the hawkers are asking more money while delivering the cylinder saying the prices has been increased.But the receipt still says it costs Rs325.22(Including VAT). But the hawkers are saying that it costs Rs340.
                        And even said that I can call Bharat Gas and enquire about the same.
                        after 7 boking gas, they are not deleiver gas .
                        so we are in problem and sell gas in black money . I have a complaint no.
                        Iam doinng complaint before 4 days. agency name is anand gas agency from badarpur.

                          With reference to my earlier complaint, I was advised on 2.11.09 by Mr Indrajeet Chatterjee ([protected]@bharatpetroleum.in) and [protected]@bharatpetroleum.in that there should not any problem in transfer. Thereafter, after encountering problems I wrote back on 9.11.2009 to [protected]@bharatpetroleum.in> with copy to [protected]@bharatpetroleum.in and to [protected]@bharatpetroleum.in as under but till date no response has been received. Please look into the matter and advise

                          With reference to your email dated , I was advised by Mr Indrajt Chatterjee of Kolkata LPG Territory in terms of his email dated that I can get my LPG connection transferred to Bharatgas from Indane, if it is convenient to me. This was contrary to what I was told at the first instance by Mr Ashok Sen (Mobile No.[protected] who looks after supply of Bharatgas LPG at Naktola (Kolkata) for our locality.
                          In order to avoid refusal again, I had mailed back to Mr Indrajt Chatterjee requesting him to suitably enlighten Mr Ashok Sen the correct position and in the absence of any other communication from Mr Chatterjee, I had presumed that necessary action must have been initiated so that I shall be able to transfer my LPG connection to Bharatgas.
                          However, I regret to inform that when I again contacted Mr Sen over telephone on 7.11.2009, he has once again refused to entertain my request mentioning that since the Indane Gas Agency in Garia (about 3 KM from my residence) is located nearer to my residence than the Bharatgas Agency Office, at Naktoal, he will not accede to my request for the transfer, despite my mentioning about the information given to me by Mr Chatterjee to the contrary. Even my plea to him that the supply depot of Bharatgas agency is situated very close to my residence and it would be more convenient for me to have LPG supplied from Bharatgas did not find any favour with Mr Ashok Sen. In the circumstances, I shall request you once again to initiate suitable action to facilitate the transfer of my LPG connection from Indane to Bharatgas.
                          In this connection, I attach a copy of my email dated address to Mr Indrajt Chatterjee of Kolkata LPG Territory, wherein I had mentioned that Mr Sen was agreeable to provide me a new Bharatgas LPG connection immediately at an aggregate cost of Rs.4,500/- provided I agree to purchase (what he calls) a “package” including new oven etc. There appears to be an ulterior motive behind all these and it is not a fair business practice. You will surely appreciate the fact that this is against the consumers’ interests and should not be allowed to continue at the cost of a genuine customer’s legitimate request. I trust that the matter will be looked into from your end and appropriate action initiated, as warranted. I shall look forward to your advices in the matter at your earliest convenience.

                          In this connection, I attach a copy of my email dated address to Mr Indrajt Chatterjee of Kolkata LPG Territory, wherein I had mentioned that Mr Sen was agreeable to provide me a new Bharatgas LPG connection immediately at an aggregate cost of Rs.4,500/- provided I agree to purchase (what he calls) a “package” including new oven etc. There appears to be an ulterior motive behind all these and it is not a fair business practice. You will surely appreciate the fact that this is against the consumers’ interests and should not be allowed to continue at the cost of a genuine customer’s legitimate request. I trust that the matter will be looked into from your end and appropriate action initiated, as warranted. I shall look forward to your advices in the matter at your earliest convenience.

                            i want to know/inform you that i had gone to m/s HARDEV GAS AGENCY, 21 SADAR BAZAR, JALANDHAR CANTT, PUNJAB and asked for a new connection as our family is expanding. i and my brother got married a few years back and we r now three families on one card on the name of my father. when i asked the prprietier madam she said you can get the new connection only if all of you gets seprated and have seprate kitchen. it means if we want a gas connection first we all three families fight with each other and get seprated and make three different kitchen, then we are eligible for for applying a new gas connection.
                            secondaly, when i asked the fee for this new connection, she said rs. 3700. but i read in news paper that application fees is about rs. 850 and there is then some hike, but i don't think the fee is hiked to rs. 3700
                            so, you are requested to kindly clarify me whether above said conditions are necessary for new gas connection. and if, yes are you going to pay customer the expenses of making new kitchen, , , , , , , thanks and regards

W went to your local distributor to register my name but they refused to do so. But the connection is needed very badly for me.                               Dear sir,
                              This agency in full of curruption & misbehaveiour..if we book our gas on 20th of the month they took the action after 3 or 4 days and the gas cyliender reach to us after 6-7 days because of that we face so much problem. and if we call them in their customer care number firstly they didn't pick the call & by the chance if call is conected then the bahaviour of them are so rude and without solving our problem they disconnect the call early....when they come to home for the delivery they dont have the wing scale to show how much gas available in the gas cylinder.. I m so much tired after call them so much time so plz took some action i believe u will do some thing agains them..

                              Dear Sir,

                              I fully do agree with the comment that the Distributor M/s Sharman Gas Compnay do not pick up the telephone in spite of repeated dialings. I booked a Gas Refill of Cyllender of Bharat Gas with the Agency through ebharatgas.com on 11th December, 2009, but the Sharman Gas Company has not yet supplied the Gas Refill of Cyllender though a period of more than 16 days has passed on the false plea that the Bharat Gas Company did not pass on the booking of 11th December, 2009 to them so far. I am a very old person of 84 years of age and I am also being harassed by the said Distributor M/s Sharman Gas Company due to its delaying tactics and harassment policy.

                              f.NO.0, booking date 24.3.2012 del. dated 28.3.2012. This booking has not b=
                              een done by me or my father. The cylinder must have been misappropriated. A=
                              nd further more my attempt to book for cylinder under ref.19858149 dt. 31.3=
                              .12 kept shown pending and later on 16.4.2012 it was deleted from the booki=
                              ng =A0records altogether. As a result i booked it again on 16.4.2012 itself=
                              under ref.no. 20394157. The fake booking shown on 24.3.2012 is still showi=
                              ng there and can be easily pointed out as it shows Ref.NO.0. I request an i=
                              mmediate relief be granted and strict action against the culprit Gas

                                sir,
                                iam an indane consumer with NO.26596 registered at sri balaji gas agency /krishnapuram ambattur,Chennai,
                                i wish to know why they insist me to book the next cylinder after 21 days from the date of previous delivery,in addition to that they take another 5 days to register the booking into the system,hence i had to wait a total of 21+ 5 =26 days to get my booking registered,and 10 to 15 days for the cylinder to reach home so a grand total of about 41 days is required to get a cylinder ,our repeated requests and complaints to the agency was of no use ,they say it is all as per the instructions from the IOC, as per HINDU dated[protected] honorable Chief minister /Tamilnadu had commented on this 21 days rule,but the agency does not seem to accept this,i wish this problem to be rectified .

                                  I have booked a LPG gas cylinder on 03/11/2009 vide my Consumer No-6688 to DELHI GAS ,Uttam Nagar personally visit at agency.I mentioned T.No. Of the agency 64651996,64651997 and 18565275.
                                  He does not attend the telephones.
                                  He does not deliver the supply on time..
                                  His behavoiur is very rude.

                                  KALPANA having Cons. No. 18418 and was cylender booked on 30/04/2011 and Booking no. is 420 I have not received refilling till date i.e. 18/05/2011. Despite of my several complaints to the dealer the refilling the cylender, no satisfactory respond was given. As for last three days I have no fuel/gas available at my residents I had to procure the daily food from market at a higher price and I am humilated and have no idea to whom approach who can solve my problem if this is the service provided by your dealer I am afriad I will have to approach to higher authorities for greviences.

                                    last three years we are not properly recived gas...
                                    after booking at least 13 to 17 days he will take dilvary the gas..
                                    he is giving silly ansers...realy we are fedup the this agence..

                                    Sir, My consumer no: 9879, i book the gas past (12/Jul/10) 30 days before but till (09/Jul/10) not received the gas cylinder. Agency name: Shri sathiya sai gas agency, chennai - 600019, every month his not delivery properly at home. Their sell for the cylinder tea shops, and hotels. please take action about the agency. and if could not proper delivery cancel this agency ship.

                                    Note: Bill printed 7 days before day of delivery.

My residence is in Chalisgaon we have your costumer since 20 years ( customer no is 396- Priyanka Gas Agencies, Chalisgaon- Dist- Jalgaon ) & Bharat Gas Identity is in India welknown & Prompt service provided to Customer but I regret that your company fail service providing in Chalisgaon this is not only my concern they are lot of facing same problem since few years.

                                    I have on line booking on dated 15-Jan-2015 but till this date I have not received Gas cylinder.

                                    Kindly look in to the matter & i hope next time give to me prompt service.
