[Resolved]  BPCL petro card — want to activate again

i want to know how many petromiles i have and if i want redeemed what i will get and my card i have not used sicen long so it is blocked

sir i was hoalding a petro card in the name of pradeep kumar mansingka the adress given was mansingka industries ltd. dr ambedkar road pachora 424201 the card was lost at khandala in 2005 with a balance of 2000+ i have changed 3 new scorpios car in this duration i do not know how to get the card back i have also forgotten the number of my card i am a frequint travellar national/international by car can u help me my cell no is [protected].

Hi,
I am a petro card customer and my card was getting blocked status whenever i tried to use the card in the petrol pump station.
I called up the helpdesk at the number +[protected] and they unblocked the card. But this alone does not solve the problem. You need to carry out the following activities to get your card unblocked.

- Visit your nearest BP bunk
- ask the representative to connect the machine to telephone line (the machine you use for sale)
Choose option utility 9 - card blocked - Choose unblock option
You should be seeing the gprs connecting process
Then again choose option 4
Choose reset status
Give default pin 0000
Then give your new pin

Hope this resolves any card block issues.

My Petrocard No. [protected] in the name of KRISHNAN G SARMA. On 24 June 2011 evening I had gone to a BPCL Retail Outlet - A.V. Veeraraghava Iyer at Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum for filling petrol in my car. On giving my Petrocard for charging the cost of petrol, the attendant tried to charge the same, but the error message came reading 'CANNOT READ CARD'. This happened thrice.

Please check up and advise me earliest since there is balance in the card account.

A line in confirmation shall be appreciated.
