I have placed two orders one on 24/aug/08 order no-272290 & one on 1/sep/08 order no -273577.Also i had complained about late delivery for both the orders which i have not recieved uptill now.Pls let me know i[censored] r TALK TO US facility is just to decieve customers so atleast I can make arrangements thro other channels.

The above para was mailed by me to the concerened authorities from BPCL but to no response .From this u can see the pathetic situation of general ( verry common man ) at the mercy of institutional mafia .Ps will some body take strict action.

Hello Sir !!

This is Poonam, I am a Bharat gas consumer for past 35 years. I stay in Hyderabad in an apartment where there are 500 flats and most of the people has bharat gas connection. We not happy with the service as it is not quick, accurate and not satisfactory. I have booked LPG refill request on 12 September 2013. However till now I haven't got the delivery. When we call they never lift the call and even if they happen to lift they give false information that we are sending out the LPG Cylinder but no one turns up. Every time they give false promise. We are fed up with the lazy and the irresponsible service been provided. We even have the incharge person mobile no Mrs Sundari but she never lifts the call. It is not only me and my family been affected because of this torcher but in my society most of the families are affected. Hence I request you to please take an immediate action against the irresponsible people at Prakash Home appliances, a dealer in in Uppal location in Secunderabad Andra Pradesh.

    the bharath petroleum pump in pallavaram ( tn lorry owners federation (tnlof) bpcl bunk) is one of the worst bunks of bharath petroleum.

    these people here never make consumers ensure zero before putting petrol. i have suffered a lot of times . i have a bharath petroleum petrocard so i am forced to use this bunk frequently. even today i had picked up a fight when i went in my car and asked them to put 5 litres of petrol. just when i turned back the meter showed 1.44l . i argued with them asking why was i not told to ensure zero before putting petrol and what i got back was a abuse in filthy tamil language. i told them i will not pay a single paisa and retorted and came back. i also took a photo of the meter saying i gonna file a complaint

    and another thing i have seen here is that these people cheat on quantity of fuel too. normally my santro gives 100-104 kms/10 litres of petrol in any other bpcl bunk but in this bunk petrol it gives me only 85-90 kms/ 10 litres. i really wanna complain about this bunk to bpcl. but i dont think they will even see my complaint. so i am registering it here

    BHARAT PETROLIUM, WARANGAL PETROL PUMP, NEAR DURGESHWARASWAMY TEMPLE
    The behaviour of Staff very rood, Iam the customer of the bunk since 10 years, last two month they have not maintain Ordinary Petrol, and to sale the Speed Petrol Only and the attituted of staff is very rash as you wish to purchase the petrol and not. They cheated the customers, the autometic fuel locking system is their but they cut before the number is came but fuel is cut. They says the system is not worked it is recently reinnovated bunk the attitute of the staff is cheating mentality, the owners are not interested to solve the problem.

      I have bought gas stove (ISI mark) with rubber tube from a local vendor. Now, when I want new Bharat Gas connection, Vinayak Gas Agency of Chembur Colony is forcing me to buy the hot plate again which is a waste for me. Please help.

      I am also facing same problem, that my requirement is just a cylinder, but Tirupathi Gas Service (bharat gas distrs) Bhayandar (e) is says that i have to buy complete set, That is Cylinder, hot plate, regolater & pipe.It is waste of money. I have all the required accessories, need only cylinder.

      Kindly help me for the same.

      Mahalaxmi gas egency, mahlginagar, Nagpur (M.S) .forcing us to purchase redlebel tea or gas pipe during delivery of cylinder.that As we have already purchase both the above this is unnessassary. so please take nessasary action
      Four months before i booked for a new gas connection. First i was told that i will get the connection in two monts, but it has now yet been provided.On enqiury the authorities at Raka Gas Serviece, Chinchwad, Pune said that the company has stopped providing the new gas connection at present. But ur website suggest that there is no shortage of gas supply and the new connection is provided.Please can i get the clear idea of when will it be available.

        dr sir,

        i am a bharat gas consumer for the pas 27 years and using LPG (domestic) at home.

        I have moved around states and presently in TN after being a IAF person for 15 yrs.

        Now for gas cylinder booking time and again they ask for ration card.
        Is it a must ?
        secondly, can i not have an secondly connection, as have a large family with my in-laws, having two house Nos., two water connections, two EB connection...etc ???????

          I am customer of bharat gas service and my consumer no. is 7871 and distributer name is Kalavathi Gas Distributors - Mumbai ( Virar) and Distributor Code is 140007. On 13/05/2008 i have surrendered my lpg cylinder and regulator to Kalavathi Gas Distributors and received transfer voucher from the distributor to Shalok Gas Agencies. Shimoga I had shifted my residence to Shimoga- Karnataka from Virar -Mumbai. I had submitted the same on 25/05/2008 to Shalok Gas Agencies in Shimoga - Karnataka, till date they had not given the lpg connection, saying that they have not received the confirmation from the mumbai distributor.where as the mumbai distibutor have already sent the confirmation to Shalok Gas Agencies. Shimoga - Karnataka. The Compliant has been raised with Shalok Gas Agencies. Shimoga for not responding to the transfer Voucher as we are facing the problem for cooking needs from the last 3 months for the negligence with Shalok Gas Agencies in Shimoga - Karnataka. Pleease do the needful for the same.

          My wife had gone to book the gas at Virar agency after repeated calls to the agency failed. there the desk person a girl named pallavi promptly told her that she will not send the cylinder even if there was one as they had got into an argument over the delay in supply.
          My wife approached the manager who assured her that the cylinder wld be sent on 6th & took it down as urgent
          Now after 4/5 days still they hv not supplied the cylinder & we are facing immense hardships as we hv our 8 mnth old baby also to look after.
          each day they are promising to supply but hv not done & now they are not picking up the phone & are very rude to us on the call if taken.

          on enquiry it is informed that the gas has been delivered on 12th Aug

          Delivery boys are diverting Cylinders to Others on black and normal person suffers

          Since last 2 days - standing in quee for 3 hours - No Result

          Nor they are accepting paymnets so that delivery can be taken from godown

          From tomorrow there is Ganesh Festival - We dont have the Cooking Gas Cylinder

          What a normal person should do.

            I am consumer of bhart gas my old consumer no is -33304 at Rashami gas agency without intimation they have change to another gas agency that is PRATEEK GAS AGENCY BANASWADI BANGALORE PHONE NO;[protected], 25456408, 65679213 THEY HAVE GIVEN ME NEW COSUMER NO. -44390 I BOOKED GAS ON OLD DISTRIBUTOR THEY GIVEN ME BOOKING NO. -0712 DATED 17 AUG 08 AFTER 08 DAYS I CAME TO KNOW MY GAS CONNATION HAS SHIFTED TO PRATEEK GAS THEN AGAIN THEY HAVE TOLD TO BOOK WITH THE NEW BOOKING NO . THEY GIVEN ME NEW BOOKIN NO . ON 25 AUG 08. AFTER 26 DAYS THEY HAVE DELIVERED THE GAS AT MY HOME ADDRESS .                 i am sentthil and i am from sathyamangalam and i am working in bangalore and i want to surrender my connection and i want to avail a new connection in bangalore.
                i dont have bill to surrender my connection, i got the connection before 5 years ago. if i want to get a new connection may i know what is the procedure in sathyamangalam and what is the procedure in bangalore and i am in indranager.

                We have transfered from andhra pradesh to rajasthan and we have deposited our paper photo copy to bharat gas agency local delar for transfer of gas but after 20 days he is not giving any answer and we are force to purchase gas cylinder in black of same company in 450 rs

                mere pass bharatgas ka connections hai. mera connection mere father ke naam se hai.mere father ki jinke name se connections hai gyan chand khubchandani. unki death ho gayi. mein pahle rajasthan ke rajsamand district deogarh madariya me rahta tha. but mein abhi udaipur shift ho gaya hu. mein apne copnnection ko udaipur transfer karwana chahta hu.but mere gas distributor hai deogarh madariya me shakti gas service ke name se wo mana kar rahe transfer karne ke liye.wo kah rahe hai ki jinke name se connection hai unki death ho gayi hai isliye connection transfer nahi ho sakta hai. is baat ko 1 month hogaya hai.mein unhe father ka death of certificate or mera fe david dene ko ready hu. but wo manna kar rahe hai. please apse request hai ki aap muje is case me transfer ki all formalties. muje is mail id per mail kare honey.[protected]@gmail.com or hamare distributor ko in formalties ke baare me kahe.

                I had purchased your bharat gas connection in march 2008. The gas registered on my name i.e
                Mr. Anant Jaykumar khandagle. I had taken the connection from SINHGAD ROAD PUNE. Unfrotunataly i lost my GAS CARD, And even if i dont remeber my agency name. so kindly help by giving me my CUSTOMER I.D and AGENCY NAME SO that i apply for duplicate card.

                  I am writing from Jhansi, U.P. I have been a sincere consumer of Bharat Gas (LPG) since last 5 Years (from Oct 2003) . I tried for to get double cylender and have contacted them several times. Whenever I contact them for double cylender everytime they said its not available for now and contact them later after a couple of months.

                  I requested them like anything.. but they won't listen and asked me to do whatever I can and complain where ever I wish.

                  WHAT A BAD RULE AND RUDE WAY TO TALK TO THE CONSUMERS.

                  PLease Bharat gas officials, if you are listening then I hope you will take care of the issue. My vendor is Surya Gas Service, 34 Mubarak Market Sipri Bazar, Jhansi-284003, U.P. (Ph. No.[protected] .

                  I am a pensioner aged 71 years retired from Railways in the year 1995.
                  While in Service at Solapur I have taken gas connection in 1979 in my name E.K.K. Pillay and my son A.K.K. Pillay took Connection in 1983 both in the same residential address.
                  In the year 2006 we have shifted to Pune as my son got employment here.
                  Both the gas connection were transferred to m/s Aditya Bharatgas Agency, Hadapsar being nearast to our residence. But unfortunately while preparing Computerized transfer from Solapur both first letter of the name in advertantly missed and both names in Consumer card become similarly an K.K.Pillya .On this olerical mistake the gas supply is stoppes by Pune east street office & ther fore very humbly request you to consider this issue and order for restoration of gas supply as both connection are used for domestic purpose.
                  Incidentally I here by point out that even though we staying at the same flat meals are cooked separately

                  I am writing from Sasraimeer, Azamgarh, U.P.India.276305 I have been a sincere consumer of Bharat Gas (LPG) since last 7 Years (from Oct 2002) .                   I applied for double cylinder on 02/02/2008 and my waiting list number is 9961. Our local Gas distributor is Ratan Enterprises, Rahatni, Pune. The distributor doesn't know when I can get the double cylinder. As refill is taking around 10 days to get the refill cylinder, we don't have gas for last one week. Bharat Gas should release double cylinders as early as possible.

                    Lost Consumer number

                    I have cancelled my Bharat Gas connection in Chennai two years ago as I went to overseas on job duty. I dont remember my consumber number. Can I get my old Bharat Gas connection using my old consumer number?
                    For applying new gas connection, ration card is needed which would take at least 60 days to get....

                    I am a consumer of cooking gas in the M/s. SRI VENKATESWARA GAS AGENCY, BHARATH GAS DEALER, PARK ROAD, KURNOOL (A.P). My consumer No. being 9234. I had booked for gas refilling on 22-08-08. So far gas refill not deliver to me.

                    For the last Eight months or so, severe problem is being faced by this agency consumers on long delayed delivery of gas refills. It is further embarrassing for us as there is no person to attend the phone at the agency to know about the status of delivery position. Every time we have to go there in – person, fight there, pay and collect receipt, produce it at V.R.Colony go down and take delivery from there. If we do not go there in – person, god knows when the deliveries of refill take place or whether it will take place?

                    Sir, Why is this happening? While other gas agencies are supplying gas with in a maximum of week’s period, why not this agency? As a matter of fact Bharat gas should be able to supply domestic gas far early than the others, as bottling plant is stationed in the outskirt of our city.

                    We are allowed to book for gas refill only after 21 days of previous delivery and it takes more than a Month for the next delivery.

                    Sir, in the interest of public I humbly request you to intervene in the matter and ease our problem.

                    My name is Y.Lakshmaiah i am also resident of kurnool city and kurnool district. i am also consumer of bharath gas. we are also suffering from same problem. after booking the gas cylinder. they should not deliver the same. when we called for status of our booking cylinder they should not lift the phone. finally when we go there they collect the money and gave a slip. that slip should given in godown they will deliver the cylinder. godown is at V.R.Colony and our house is at One town. for this the autowalas collects heavy amounts. for the above process wasting the three days of time.

                      Near Sunami Gate,
                      Patiala since dec.2007.

                      I had tranfered gas connercetion from city queen gas ceter Dankuni kolkata to Ranchi as on dtd. 02.06.10 I submitted zerox copy of TV to Rekha kumari besides Jaipal stadium Ganga ashram Ranchi as on 28.06.10 I was told by Mr. Mehto there are no sylender come to after 4-5 days when I went after 4-5 days I was repeatly the same I am persist requesting since 28.06.10 but till date I have not got any sylender from Bharat gas since I am facing lots of problem along wiyh my family

                      pl take a necessary action in this regards .

                        In the website of the company and sources of the Bharat Gas telling that Gas connection is readily available as and when demand. It is unfortunate that even after waiting for 3 month I did not get connection. I am living in Thergaon, Pune. I registered for New Connection in June in Ratan Gas Agency, Kalewadi. However, I am not able to get it till date. They said " There is no official communication from our office so we have not started New Gas Connection". HPCL is also delaying new connection by two months.

                        I am living without Gas. Please do the needful.

                        Dear sir,
                        I am living in tamilnadu in viluppuram district.i dont have any gas connection.so, please consider me and provide new connection as early as possible.
                        Both HPCL agencies as well as BPCL agencies are insisting on taking hotplates from them. The total charges for a new gas connection includes the charges for hot plate... whether you want it or not is your decision!!

                        Both the agencies prominently display that buying of hot plates is not mandatory from them... however, when you point this out to the person at the counter, he says, that was the older rule... now the rule has changed.

                        Since the consumer has no choice but to avail of a new gas connection without much delay, he has to shell out the money and take the hot plate, whether he likes it or not.

                        As long as the agencies have the monopoly of giving new gas connections, consumers are totally at their whims and fancies.

                        BPCL as of date, atleast in some areas has stopped giving new gas connections and has said that it will be atleast a month or so until the connections resume. Reason acute shortage of gas cylinders.

                        Bharat Gas — Waiting for a new connection

                        I had booked for a new connection on 3 september 2009.I was told I would get the connection in 15-20 days.
                        After a month i tried calling up the agency for the connection,They told to call back after 4-5 days.
                        - I did the same again told to call back after 4-5 days and I got a reason that the regulator for new connections are not available now.

                        Bharat Gas — Issue in getting new gas cylinder

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have booked a cylinder on 12 dec 2009 on Bharat Gas oficial site http://www.ebharatgas.com. The refrence number of the order is 429818 . My consumer number is 36594. I have still not received the gas and when I contacted the gas agency, they replied that they do not take orders on internet. If we book the request by phone, the agency takes enormous time (more than a month) and send the cylinder only after making phone calls several times.

                        Interestingly, when I submit the compliant on this site, the page says "Your Feedback could not be send please try again" every time.

                        I have booked the Cyclinder on 14.1.2011 they said they deliver after ten days i.e., 24.1.2011 was due date and again when i enquired they said 15days pending is going and there is no stock.But whenever i ask again they said today or tomorow. But today 31.1.2011 (17 days) when i asked over phone they said tomorow, but i stoped and asked the supply man he told no to me and was delivering the cyclinder who booked on 19.1.2011 to my neighbour with the bill for them. I have only single cyclinder with please help me in this problem suffering with children.

                        I am staying in kalyan and I have registered for the gas cylinder on 17th April 2012 and reference no. is 14732 and after 13 days also I am getting the same revert that will get the cylinder in 2 to 3 days and while booking the auto IVR saying will get the cylinder in 5 day.                         I am one of the LPG costumer of M/s. Prashanth Gas agency, cherthala, Alappuzha, Kerala. My consumer No. is 6544, consumer name M/s Motty Prakash (my mother). After successfully using this agency for many years, I recently experienced a terrible problem.

                        Now I am shifted from Cherthala to Alappuzha.
                        I had go to M/s. Prashanth Gas Agency, cherthala for with transfer voucher and submit a Xerox copy of identity card, ration card...etc and submitted the same on 12/05/ 2012. They told me that, they cannot be transferred 2 cylinders, because of some DATA problem in there office (means In Barath agency data only 1 cylinder for this consumer, because of some data entry mistake of employee in Barath Agency) and also they promised me, they will sort out this cylinder issue with in a week, but still we have only one cylinder in our transferred document.As per our DEPOSIT paper we have 2 cylinders and for many years we are using the same.

                        Now this agency is told me that, they are helpless, because Barath Agency head is not responding and also didn't get any reply from Head. Frankly am informing, the employees of this Prashanth agency is poor quality people, they don't know how to behave to the customers and also they don't know how to handle the issues of the customers, especially M/s LATHIKA (front office), her attitude is like a poor quality government staff.
                        The DATA entry mistake of your Agency is not a customer problem, we need the solution at the earliest. Because last 6 months am waiting for the output from your agency.

                          hello sir,
                          i am sanjay form noida, i want to purchase a cylinder. For this i went to jai harsh bahuguna gas agency, sec-22 noida, when i told them to give me only single cylinder because i already have gas kit rather than cylinder.But they force me to purchase the complete kit .i told them that i have all the things( gas regulator, pipe, lighter, lighter filler). so they are not allow me to give me cylinder alone . I went to the agency for more than 10 times but they take no action.
                          these are the price of the content of the kit charged by the gas agency

                          gas lighter -145RS
                          gas tube - 190RS
                          gas stove 1700RS
                          so please take action against them

                          why should gas agency force to purchase complete kit, if we already have the gas kit, and one more thing is that with this kit one cylinder cost is about 4000 RS. while the cost of the single cylinder is about 1800 RS.then why these people charge more than double from the customers .this is the reasons why poor people are not able to purchase the gas .
                          if we purchase the same kit from the market then it would be available at about 1200 RS.then why they charged so much.

                          Yes, even i faced the same problem. These guys are so rude i can't tell you. I told them that i will lodge a complain but they pay no attention. This is very unfair. I have also applied for the connection but now i believe i should try somewhere else.
                          yes, i have also face same problem in, pune, when i going to take connection of bharat gas, then the distributor pushed of all the kit, but i want only cylinder, they have told that u have take whole the kit and it is as per the rule of company, it is not fare.

                          Bharat Gas — Forcing to take Gas stove

                          Hi <SIR/MAdam>

                          I have taken a gas connection from Bharat gas on 10th feb 2009, ii had the Gas stove and so didnt wanted to take it ; but they told me that if i dont take it i will get the cylinder after 2 -3 months and i forcefully had to bear the cost to take the Gas stove with extra 3 packets of TEA POWDER also with it .
                          What is this happening ?
                          Is there any rule that if we dont take Gas stove, we cant get cylinder ?
                          This is really not done .

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have a complain against R&DCCS limited, pune of Bharat Gas, which is forwarded to Bharat Gas Customer Care Centre also.

                            I am at present residing at 230/2, Armament Colony, Pashan, Pun - 411 021 and have a connection with R&DCCS ltd, Pashan (Ganeshknind)of Bharat Gas bearing customer no 23985. I booked for refilling of cylinder on 14.08.2008 and automatic supply of cylinder was unimaginable from the distributor located at Pashan. After repeated persuation (for 10 days regularly), cylinder was delivered today i.e. on 11.09.2008 with Bill no 81 dated 10.09.2008.

                            I was surprised to know that my next door neighbour Dr. R.P. Kamble residing at 230/3, Armament Colony, Pashan, Pune - 411 021 has booked for refiiling on 16.08.2008 (2 days later than me) and surprisingly he got refilled cylinder on 22.08.2008 vide bill no 256 dated 22.08.2008.

                            My neighbour booked after me and got refilled cylinder before me is to be looked into by the company, please. This is not the first time, I have to conatct again and again (which is equal to begging) for getting refilled cylinder. On enquiry about complaint register on earlier occasions, I was asked to keep quite at a louder voice.

                            May I know without any malpractice at distribution centre how my next door neighbour is getting refilled cylinder 15 days before me, even after booking the same 2 days later? What about contacting distribution centre again and again for supply of refilled cylinders even after booking? May I know if any RTI portal of bharat gas exists? Whether R&DCCS ltd is aware about persons who claim to deliver filled cyllinders of Bharat Gas within one day? May I know, if situation will remain like this? What are chances that I will be victimised in future also for lodging this complain? Can Bharat Gas play any role in streamllining the situation?

                            I am sure nothing will happen out of my complaint, but it is a perpetual torture to have doemstic gas connection from Bharat Gas.

                            Dear Friends,

                            I am same person as depicted above, still residing at 230/2, Armament Colony, Pashan, Pune. The annual event of malpractice in disbursement of gas cylinder is repeated again. I booked for refilling of my empty cylinder on 26.10.2009 and till today i.e. 07.11.2009, I was not given the refill cylinder. In between, regular practice of reminiding the gas agency to send cylinder contunued and I reminded them at least 4 times. On 04.11.2009, I came to know from the gas distribution boy that refilling of numbers booked on 28.10.2009 is in progress. During my reminders on phone, gas agency persons ensured that cylinder will be delivered on same day but in vain. Due to working days, I could not skip my office and visit gas agency.
                            On 07.11.2009, I visited gas agency office situated at Gole Market, Armament Colony, Pashan, Pune and faced a really awkard situation. First I enquired about date for which refilling is in progress. After the monumental silence for around 5 minutes, date was revealed to be 03.11.2009. Then I asked the girls sitting on the counter, about the reasons for not sending my gas refill cylinder till date. I was shoked to listen that I have to lower my tone. Neither my tone or pitch was high, nor it was audible beyond the boundaries of the counter. The dark complexioned lady with projected front teeth told that She was receiving my phone calls and was not sending my cylinders because address was not traceable. I am residing at the current address since 2003 and till now no such indication as disapearance of my governmetn provided accomodation is expected. The behaviour of gas agency is beyond repair. No complain registered provided to me despite repeated request. Customer are number 26342176 was not attemnded by anybody. Finally, I contacted Shri L.N. Bhujbal, chairman on [protected] as indicated on the board at the gas agency office and explained him the details. He was out of city but he promised to help. I was again assured suppply of refill cylinder.
                            In light of this, May I again request competent authorities, if anybody exists and responds, to look into following aspects:
                            1. Veracity of statement by gas agency that my government accomodation, which can be traced by them till Oct 2009, suddenly disappeared.
                            2. Misbehaviour of the dark complexioned lady, with projected front teeth, sitting at the counter, as she is only empowered to raise her tone and pitch in gas agency office.
                            3. Method for reimbursement of cost o[censored]nnecessary reminders on phone and personal visits to gas agency office.
                            4. Smooth and fair refilling of gas cylinders in future.
                            5. Duration of after effect of a complaint sems to be one year. can it be increased?
                            Hope that nothing will happen to this complaint, but it is my duty to share my grievances with my fellow customers.

                            Dear All,

                            We are also facing same problems with the bharat gas agencies as Mr. Himnashu has faced. I have booked a cylinder with Ratan Enterprises located in kalewadi 15 days. for booking a cylinder I tried to contact on the numbers provided to me but either the numbers are switched off or call was not picked by anybody.

                            Due to my working schedule I am unable to visit the gas agency, due to this I am facing problem. Every Time we need to take vigorous follow-up with the gas agency but all goes in to vain.

                            I think there should be some online system to book the cylinders so that the delay and other troubles can be avoided. if there is any online system for booking cylinders is available then please inform me so that I can book the cylinders thorough OL system.

                              i am staying in sanpada navi mumbai there is Excel Gas Agency who is supplying gas cylinder to us. But for the last 10 days i am consistently calling up but no answer. Either they not picking up phone or they keep engaged. After booking also they takes more than 15 days to deliver the cyliner. It is worst service Can Bharat Gas Authorities cancell their dealership or take strict action against these agencies.

                              I stay in Evershine City, Vasai (east) there is SAI GAS AGENCY, Evershine City, Vasai (E) who is supplying gas cylinder to us. I called up to order for a cylinder on 23rd /24th & 25th September 2008 the phone was ringing constantly but no reply, it is very difficul. Either they not picking up phone or they keep the phone engaged. Luckily I got thru on the 26/09/2008, A lady answered the phone and said that as I had only taken a cylinder 12/15 days back I need to wait for 25 days, I inquired from when has Bharat Gas changed the terms and conditions. as we are a member of eight at home with 3 children, we need to boil drinking water other purposes. One cyclinder last for approximately 18/20 days, the lady refused to take the order over the phone saying that we need to wait for 25 days and if we need to place the order now we need to come to the agency and speak to her senior, I said that is not possible as we have to go to work and my parents are old and they cannot make it. The lady hung up. I called the agency again and asked for the lady who hung up, when this lady came on the line I asked for her name and also her senior's name, she refused saying that her name is SAI GAS AGENCY, I asked her to pass on the line to her senior, she replied that he is not in and wouldnt know when he would be back. but still refused to take my order. As mentioned we are a member of 8 at home, it is very difficult to manage without gas. If this was the case we should have been informed while going in for the 2nd cylinder.
                              Also I would like to bring to your notice that this domestic cylinders are being sold to chaiwalas and chinesewalas in our locality for Rs.500/- per cylinder every 2/3 days.
                              Would request you to investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
                              And let me know is it a requisite for one to wait for 25 days to order for a new cylinder? (which is very disappointing)

                              i have purchased a flat at evershine city, vasai (east) and have approached at the nearest gas agency of Bharat gas i.e. Sai Gas Agency. I was flatly refused the new connection as the Agency told me that they are not supplying cylinders/connection to new consumers. I asked as to when i should come and inquire again, their reply was that they dont know anything.

                              My question is, what will new consumers do and where they will go for gas. But i can see that existing consumers are readily getting gas at their residence.

                              Is there no new gas connection available for new consumers ?
                              I want to book my gas by phone but nobody have picked my phone in Virat Enterprises at Yamuna Vihar, Delhi. what can i do for this it is very irresponsible behavior by the employees of Bharat gas agency.

                              I the consumer for bharat gas from last 2 year.my connection no 22698. i naver got the proper service for my dealer.they never given home delavery. for no we need to try 1 or days or we need to visist office after that after 5 to 10 days our no will come cor that we need to visit office for no chaking.after that again we need to stant 1 or 3 hr in que for entery in book and that stand in que for cylender.i[censored] want home delivery than we need to waight 15 to 20 days that is not sure i never got home delavery in two years. i feel this type of bad service i never saw in my life and i never herd.

The lady answering the phone call is not having any manners how to talk to any customer, leave customer she dont even talk formally to Elders/Senior peoples.                               I faced the same situation, with no one picking up the line, requesting for a gas cylinder delivery since the past 10-15 days...no sign yet..
                              Despite there being 3 numbers posted (2348503/04/05) They are either busy/unattended). What sense does this mean if it being a govt. service and citizens not catered to their needs!?

                              I live in Evershine City, Vasai E. Bharat Gas is run by SAI AGENCY. I seriously, think they need to close down.

                              We also have a complaint of faulty gas cylinder sent to us. We are running after them physically for replacement of the said cylinder for the last couple of days. But till now, they have not relented. All our neighbours gas cylinders also have run dry - No refilling done inspite of several calls. WHAT DO WE DO NOW ?????????????
                              i am staying in Vasai (West) Ambadi Road mumbai there is Gas Agency who is supplying gas cylinder to us. But for the last 10 days i am consistently calling up but no answer. Either they not picking up phone or they keep engaged. Even we personally go & book the cylinder, so they say don't personally come book your cylinder on phone. It is worst service Can Bharat Gas Authorities provided. Please take strict action against these agencies. There is one suggestion for bharat gas that you create bharat gas website (area wise) & start facility that person can book gas cylinder online. If facility starts then it saves the time o[censored]s as well as gas agencies.

                              I have been frequently facing problem with Bharat gas as when ever we call up, they dont bother to lift the calls and after frequent call ups for atleast half hour during our office hours, if they lift the call they are least bother to note the deatils, but tell us that we will get with in 5 days, but even after 5 days when we dont get the cylinders and call up for the same they denied that we have not book up the call and fight with us and ask us that now it will take still 10days for despatch the cylinder.

                              this is every time while booking the cylinders .

                              And more about the cylinders are been given at shops at bolinj for sale and the shopkeeper sale oout with high rates and this is been carried out with the consent of supplier and the satff .
                              the same is being carried out at dhobitalva at crossnaka the cylinders are taken by shopkeeper in lot and sold off with high rates even the hotels, resorts and chinesewala are being provided cylinders with high rates whereas we the coommon people who have book the cylinders have to wait and fight for getting the same

                              We are really worried and tension as how can we adjust ouselves with our duty timings and this type of nonsense created by fools .

                                Dear Sir,
                                I would like to draw your kind attention that Gas Supplier is ' BHARATH GAS' and their distributor is 'FUELS INDIA' Located at Gopalapuram Chennai 600 096. Our customer Number is 15399.

                                Despite booking for our refilled cylinder on 28th August and we have got the waiting list number as 6275, and the gas cylinder was given for delivery on 6th Sept 2008, citing the reason that the house was locked.

                                To our surprise when we physically visited the gas agency they recklessly replied that the cylinder was sent back to the factory, but i had noticed that so many cylinders were sold on black to Tea shops, and small hotels..

                                To my dismay when i probed and questioned at this agency's godown they asked me to pay extra Rs.100 and take the cylinder. Are we living in a civilized society or are we to live and grieve to the non submissal situation.

                                Can the authorities look into this greivious problem

                                The Gas delivery of your Agency i.e. “Anugraha Gas Agency” is O plus than any other agency which is located in Basavehwaranagar Bangalore 560079.
                                For which I am complaining is regarding the delivery if we book the Gas cylinder today it will be reaching us after more than the week. And the telephone lines will be always engaged even though there are two lines we should try to reach them as if we are calling some live telecast on a T.V Program. There will be no proper response from the receptionist or who receives the call. Some receptionist will not give the complaint numbers also. As I am a customer of Bharath Gas from last 10 years I am having the regular problem facing by this Agency (Anugraha Gas Agency).

                                Is there any other options to change the Agency to another by not changing Bharath gas

                                hear their is a no prapor chanal to get the Gas, if we booked also need to wait at least 15 days, why it happenning we can't get it .

                                Bharat Gas — non receipt of 2nd cylinder

                                I am consumer for Bharath Gas (Chaitanya Agencies, Dilshuknagar) since several years. I had booked for 2nd cylinders around 2 years back. Regularly I had requested for spare cylinder, they told us that, company has not issuing the 2nd cylinder since two years. Is it correct or not.

                                  Non Delivery of cooking gas cylinder

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am residing at Virar (E) where Bharat Gas Agency through Anita Gas Agency is supplying Bharat Gas to the Consumer. However, the office and godown of Bharat Gas is located on the Western side of Virar, which is very far from my residence.

                                  I am holding connection no. 106536 by my name. When i made an application for connection, i was given only one cylinder even after my repeated requests for providing...

                                  Hi,

                                  Petrol pump employees in Bangalore have started cheating the consumers in a big way. Though I have witnessed this and taken precautions many times, last incident made me react. It happened in Sanjaynagar BPCL petrol pump (the one near to Food World) in Bangalore.

                                  The incident goes somewhat like this - I was waiting my turn to fill gas and there was this small family in their new car before me. This young guy in the car asked the pump employee to fill petrol worth 1000/- in a voice that was quite audible to me & my wife sitting in our car behind. Surprisingly he filled petrol worth 250/- only and was about to take 1000/- from the young guy that suddenly his father sitting at the rear noticed this and told the employee that they have asked fuel for 1000/-. Employee nodded his head in an idiotic manner and again started filling the fuel till the meter reading displayed 750/- and cooly told the old man that petrol worth 1000/- has been filled. The old man thought the employee has started the meter from zero. I was witnessing this trick that he started the meter from 250/-.

                                  I immediately came out of my car behind and caught hold of that employee and informed the old man that he has only filled petrol worth 750/-. Suddenly this cheat is telling us that he thought he has been asked to fill 750/- only. I told him clearly that even sitting in my car behind I heard the old man telling he need fuel for 1000/- .. Later we gave that cheat some peace of mind for trying to dupe and made him fill fuel for 1000/-..

                                  This is happening in all busy petrol pumps in the city and these guys in the pump do all sort of petty tricks to deviate our attention from the meter thereby trying to grab money. As consumers we need to be more aware and I have made it a point to come out of the car and view the meter properly to make myself sure that they fill the right quantity of fuel for the right amount.

                                  Is there anything we can do to raise this issue to the authorities? I believe we can atleast inform the concerned organisation (HP, BP, IndianOil etc) people.

                                  Bpcl Petrol Pump — i left remaining balance atm at petrol pump

                                  A BPCL petrol pump on express highway from bombay to pune at talegaon.Date 3/8/09 at 9:30pm to 9:45 pm i field the petrol of 200 rupees i gave him 500 rupees i forget take remaining balance. I try to call on there numbers but it just ringing no one is picking up the phone . please help because i am driver otherwise it deduct from my selery which i cant afford my cell no [protected]
                                  This is to make you all aware of Bharat Petrol Pump, Ramamurthy Nagar, Kalkery Road Bangalore-16.
                                  This Petrol Pump is master in all types of frauds. I personally measured after filling petrol from this filling station that 100 ml is being cheated of every liter of petrol that is taken. Also the quality of petro is worst, its a mixture of petrol and kerosine, which damages the engine of our vechele. I personally found out this, as my mechanic showed me the condition of my bike's engine after filling from this same station for few months. Also you will find starting problems and no riding pleasure after filling petrol from this pump. The most important thing is that they have tampered with the machine and cheat you on every liter of petrol you take, and the rest followes after that.
                                  I would suggest to BAND this particular petrol pump.
                                  If you are reading my blog then my suggestion is to never visit this filling station.

                                  Bpcl Petrol Pump — cheating in fuel filling

                                  i had gone to Sree Lakshmi Service Station, BEL Road, Bangalore, where I asked them to fill petrol for 400rs for my two wheeler. but disgusted later to understand that it was not worth 400rs, but only worth 200rs. I hope BPCL would send somebody for inspecting this Service Station soon.
