Dear sir or Madam
your customer care centre of 156A, lenin sarani, 2nd floor, flat - 220, kolkata-700013, visited to my house at 233/1, maharshi devendra road, 1st floor, kolkata-700007, to repair my BPL TV on[protected] they remarked on the service complain bill no. B561 as " DEAT" and took out defective part of the TV saying that they will come soon withthe repaired part within 1-2 week, but they did not come, i have phoned to the aforesaid customer care centre for several time but they are always saying that next week - next week. now it has been more thatn 8 (eight) months, my problem has not been solved out.
you are requested kindly look into the matter to solve my problem and oblige.

i ve given a complaint to BPL Service centre anna nagar on 10th of dec, as my tv is not working, but still today nobody came and today 1 person came and said he cannot trace the place, when i called him he said he cannot come to ny house again, its not his duty, he might not have crossed the main road when i called him he refused to come, his mobile number is [protected] as i dont know his name, please take severe action against these kind of people, and please send some good service engineer at the earliest.

This is Lavakumar ([protected]), I have made so many complaints with BPL service centres, over phone and few number of mechanics appeared at my door step but none of them able to trace and rectify the fault at my TV (BZR 25). The reply I got from them was that they were not provided the circuits to trace the fault, what a product and service network the company has in India.

i made a complain to bpl-sanyo service centre that my tv has sensor problem .. they reached us after 4 days without new sensor and he confirmed the same problem and went away one week ago... still no response and i called him today and he says to await 2 more days ...
called the office and stated ths issue, , ... tyhey says the parts may be available after a month also ...so be patient and i asked its much needed nw...
she replied if its urgent ...take another service centre or go for other solution., , ,
so...its ridiculous ...
if there s any possibilities to take action, ... ... den, do the needful...
