BPL India — TV is under extended warranty but the company is not responding | |||
My BPL Tv purchased 1 and a half years back is in extended warranty of 2 yrs stopped working on 21st sept 2021. i immediately called the BPL customer care and raised an complaint but the next day when i called them again i came to know that the complaint was not registered and and to register once again. i was told that the technician will visit my place within 48 hrs and rectify the problem.But after 3 days i called them and was told that will be attended after 24hrs.This mischief is happening for the past Eight days and even the seller Flipkart is not responding properly.Kindly help me to get the product repaired/replaced or refund of the money i dont have hope on BPL & Flipkart anymore.
