Called up the BPTP customer care office and have been told that Flat Buyer Seller Agreement will take another 2-3 weeks time...don't know true these promises are...!
I called builder BPTP last week and they told me that by the end of Oct., everyone will get allotment letter. But when I called them today again, they are saying that it would be by Nov. or Dec as management is in talk with Bank. My biggest mistake to invest in BPTP. Please update if anyone has any other information. They are saying that construction work is going on, did anyone got a chance to visit the site.

BPTP has now raised 4th demand which is due by 10th Nov. We do not have allottment agreement in hand...since banks have not approved the project so we can not get it funded by them...and here we are asked to pay 4th demand...???? I seriously doubt how many o[censored]s will be able to pay this demand out of our own pockets???? How come they raise this demand without getting the allotment agreement signed??? The management is so about raising demands but why are they taking so long to have the allotment agreement signed ???
Not trying to scare you all but this behaviour does not seems to be reasonable at all. We will have to act quickly rather than keep waiting for things to happen. Lets visit builder office next week if not early.

Hi, got buyer seller agreement today but very confusing for me how to fill etc - no info on alotment letter and 4th demand -if its by 10th nov then how come v arrange money in such a short notice where i have not even received any intimation - lets visit this friday to clarify -thanks

This is serious issue, that they have raised the 4th installment and no allotment letter has been raised. Also such a short span of time has been provided to make this payment, seriously mismanaged and malpractice on behalf of BPTP.
Rashmi/Anil, In which tower you have booked your apartment?? because i haven't received any demand letter from BPTP, I didn't even made the third installment, as I submitted the sanction letter from HDFC, therefore got a waiver until BPTP provides me Buyer Agreement. please advice.

I just called the HDFC bank and they said that the project has yet not been approved by the bank.
It is my assumption that for people who have submitted the loan sanction letter earlier are not required to pay the 4th demand as the deadline date (because the project has not yet been approved by HDFC).
I havent received the builder-buyer agreement, but I think, it must be on its way.

Please let me know, is 4th demand has been asked by builder?, if yes what is the last date for it?
4th demand was raised on 23rd Jan and the last date was 7th Feb. Banks are now disbursing loans for park generation project. visited the site, tower T06 4th floor is ready.
Actually it is 5th not 4th demand including booking amount.
Has any one allotted flat in tower 5? Is demand also raised for Tower 5?

BPTP has raised demand letter for start work at 6th floor. Construction has only been done until 8th floor. they are not giving any explanation. Did you all get same demand letter?

Yes it is a high time now for me atleast, I am ready to visit BPTP office and I think we must have a group of atleast 15-20 people to visit BPTP.
