[Resolved]  Britannia Good Day Cookies — Glass Pieces in Cookies

Glass pieces found in Britannia Good Day Cookies. I was feeding the cookies to my 1 year old child. Fortunately I took one bite & found the Glass pieces crushing in my mouth. Please find attached snaps.
I immediately called up customer care cell at[protected] to register my complaint, reference no provided is 12137. Later I received a call on my mobile phone and the executive came to my place and inspected the glass pieces. Took the rest of the cookies for Lab investigation and was supposed to get back to me. No reply received as yet.
IF THE GLASS PIECE WOULD HAVE BEEN SWALLOWED BY MY CHILD, THE CONSEQUENCES WOULD HAVE BEEN HIGH, MAYBE FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE.
WHAT IS BRITANNIA DOING ABOUT THIS ???
