Respected Sir,

As informed by you I paid the cost of delivery with the Scarlet Courier Company for delivery of my winning Check and document, on 12th Sep 2009 as per the details sent by Scarlet Courier Company and sent the e-mail to the Scarlet Courier for Confirmation of payment. Mr. Don Simon Anthony dispatch officer called me and confirmed the receipt of payment he told me that today is holiday and he will send the parcel tomorrow and will call at 12 O’clock.

He called me on 13th Sep 2009 at 11:45 am and told that he is going to the British Airport for delivery the parcel and it will reach on Mumbai airport on 14th Sep 2009 form where it will come to Delhi at my door step by 8: 00 am to 10:00 am on 14th Sep 2009 and also told to call to call me again on 14th Sep 2009 at 8:00 am.

He called me today at 8:00 am and told that there is problem in delivering the winning parcel at British Airport when I asked about the problem. He told that I have to fill up the Tax Form and to deposit Rupees 2 Lac and more. I told him that I am unable to pay any thing more accept the delivery charges that I have already paid. He again called me and told that you have to pay rupees 1 Lac 60 thousand which is not understood to me the contradictory statement. This condition was not explained in your letter e-mail send to me. Since I was not aware of such a condition and the only amount asked by Scarlet Courier Service was manageable with me, I managed hardly the amount for Scarlet Courier Service in anticipation that noting else the delivery cost is payable by me I entered the matter and now feel that I have made some mistake. Please excuse me and help not to enter more in this matter. Here it is pertinent to mention that I am very poor man and can not afford such an amount. However, the e-mail send by Scarlet Courier Service is forwarded here with.

With a request to resolve the problem with Scarlet Couriers Service. I am extremely sorry to inform you that I am not in a position to pay the demanding amount by Scarlet Courier Service please help me as you can.

Thinking you
