[Resolved] Broadband — modem not working | |||
Sir/ Madam, we have lodged our complaint of broad band in the BSNL system for four times for the past 15 days and got the ID number also every time.Every time the ID number is closed without rectifying the problem.we are senior citizens and we are very much depend upon this to contact our children.When we contact the agents by pressing the number 9 in the system they give another number of their superiors to contact.But we could not contact the person and if we are lucky and if we get to talk to the person he or she says that it will be rectified.But till today it is not rectified.Pls help us to solve the problem .Other wise we have to change the company. we have only bsnl for cell phones and land lines and if the inconvenience is like this what can a senior citizen will do.Pls do the needful.Thanks My cellphone number is....[protected] Land line.............................24891140 With regards, Vaidyanathan Raju. My broad band connection is not working since last one month.Even after several reminder to ur good offices no body has bothered to attend even. My tel no. is 2584310
