Hi

I had disconnected the connection of reliance due to house shifting and told them clearly to collect the last month bill while take back the modem ..

i recieved a emial telling that the connecion is termiated and no one came back to collect

i still have the modem but after 7 months i have recieved a notic telling i have a due of 4200 whats this .. ??

i have the termination email and the days of time to collect hte equipment and the emails sates that u will receive a total bill if things are not collected and i did not reieve it also ..

suddenly i and getting email sending notice .. after all i have informed them to disconnect iit 10 days before i vacate and no one turned up its not my mistake ??? and more ove i did not receive any due bill of to my old address ...

i havent changed my number its [protected] and [protected] on which i have taken connection .

i can pay my last month bill and they can take back there equipment..
1000 i hv paid as advance so pls deduct the amount and give me a clear billl

Sub: PRE- LITIGATION DISPUTE BETWEEN RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS AND YOURSELF. WITH RESPECT TO NON-PAYMENT OF SERVICE CHARGES DUE.
It is noticed that there is a dispute between yourself and Reliance Communications, Bangalore, regarding amount due payable by yourself.

The applicant, M/s Reliance Communications, has requested this Authority to take up the same matter for amicable settlement through conciliation before the lok Adalath. Therefore, the Lok Adalath has been constituted for settlement of the Pre litigation case.

Therefore, you are hereby directed to take the notice and appear before this Pre litigation Lok Adalath PLC sitting No: 253/2013 on 25.03.13 (Thursday) between.11.00 AM and 4.00 PM. at the Office of the Deputy Registrar, I st floor New Court Mayo Hall , Residency Road, Bangalore.

To the Notice:
1.The said RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS has come forward consider your grievances and get the matter settled Amicable in the Lok Adalath.
2.Award given by this court is deemed to be the decree of the civil court U/s 21 of the legal Service Act 1987, and same is final and binding on both parties to the dispute.
