[Resolved]  BSA Hercules — I'll Response by company rep. to my complaints

I Purchased a Fitness Cycle from BSA Hercules Showroom located at vikas marg hargobind enclave on 04Oct2011 via Bill No. RTCS[protected].
Warranty period told by BSA Representative during purchase was 1 year. On 2nd Dec 2011 during usage the base frame welding
cracked, which was immediately advised to BSA Showroom from where it was purchased. Complaint raised by the Showroom Rep. to the
customecare. Till date no action has been taken for the same. On calling up concerned person Mr. Vikram ([protected]) as advised by Showroom Rep, negative
response is received everytime as he makes false promises for urgent action in the matter sometimes and other times doesnt even pick up the phone.
