We are gettting two low voltage to survive (almost no light). I have complaint several times but no lineman came or they never called me up to inform the status. The complaint was registered twice and as per the representative, it was forwarded as high priority complaint both times but I do not see any positive response. Complaint was status was showing as In process always. 8 calls have been made in 10 hours just to hear response that I will be getting phone call from senior officials in 10 minutes or line will come. All efforts have gone worthless. Due to low voltage, all electronic household devices are getting effected. Either there is no power supply at all or if the power supply is coming, it is too low volatge to run any electronic device. Shame on BSES and Delhi Government who has no direct complaint center to keep check on working of BSES or any other Government/Non-Government service provider affective life of consumers. They only know how to send heavy electricity bills but no one is there to care or listen. SHAMELESS CREATURES!
