Dear Sir,
Your bll no.842991 dt.25.5.2009 is nil and the reading is taken on the 21/5/2009 was 931. Your meter reader harrased me.His intension is not clear. He gives wrong information and ficticious reading even after taking correct reading from meter. Your meter reading deppt disconnected the light and removed service line wire from pole to my shop. Since, this thing done without any notice and my presence. My shop was locked and service line wire is my property. I had paid the cost of it.
When I came to know, I immediately met Mr. Paras Gupta in Hari Nagar office.I explained before him the facts about my earlier complaint dated march, 2007 and march, 2008.Since my bill was not pending even then they have removed the wire without informing me.Please restore the light by providing wire.
I am a sr. citizen and not keeping well.Disconnection of electric wire from pole is not justified.I request your goodself to look into it and do the needful.

it happened with our meter one day when we noticed our electricity meter and we found the only zero reading. we lodged the complaint and them meter was taken away for testing. now i request you to know that if meter reading gets disappeared automaticaly and after meter testing meter is found faulty then on what ground and what would be the action taken by them would they suspect us if we are innocent.
please tell me in this case what sort of response i can get from bses.
the meter testing report would be considered as a accepatable evedent to put the penalty on customer or their is any another procedure to put the penalty on customer if found meter faulty.
