[Resolved]  Bses — NAME CHANGE REQUEST FOR METER PENDING

Dear Sir,

I have place a Name change request for my home Meter vide request no. R[protected] . Whenever I check with BSES call center they say it will be done in next 3 days but now weeks have been passed no body call up.

My CRN NO. IS [protected] existing meter in the name of MALTI DEVI, now we want to change of TARLOK KUMAR SNOTRA, Address G-1/335, DALL MILL ROAD, NEAR EXPORT, UTTAM NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110 059,

I have discussed on your call centre on 5.8.2009, just information taken from your call centre what is procedure of meter name change, he was registered on line without information, when we have deposited the same in your Janak Puri Branch that is confirm me your on line booking our person came in your house or collected the papers our registered no. is R[protected] ON 5.8.2009, still no body came our house,

All papers are checked through your Janak Puri Branch Offier with signed only you collect the paper and deposited only.

We have already paper all are ready for depositing your Branch but still no body is came till today.

Would be expected to response from your side soon. if you are not send the persons please confirm to me .

Accordingly we wil take the necessary action.
