[Resolved]  Bses — Complain Against Electricity Bill with CRN No. [protected] (Regarding wrong reading appearing on the boll for the month of feb 2004).

Dear Sir,

Above mentioned meter with CRN No. [protected] is in the name of Shri Bishan Saroop. Bill which we had received of this meter for the month of Feb 2004 was / is showing current reading as 40,460 (as on 18th feb 2004). This reading is totally incorrect because the meter installed on this CRN No.[protected] was a single phase old electric meter which could show the meter reading only up to digit of thousands place only, but in this bill we have received the reading up to the digit of ten thousands place. It is submittd that the executive deputed to take the reading for this area has wrongly recorded the reading of this meter to 40,460 instead of 4,046.

I have drop a written application for the same in BSES customer care center, at Kamla Market, Asaf Ali Marg, New Delhi on 16th Jan 2012 with receipt number 1789. Since then I had paid several visits to the BSES office and had many meetings with the Commercial Officer ( Mr S.P. Sharma) and Business Manager ( Mr. Animesh Sah). Every time they told me that they would look into this matter and would inform me about this. But today, on 5th Mar 2012, when I went to submit the bill for working meter, with CRN [protected] and asked for duplicate bill, I found that they have transferred the bill amount of CRN No [protected] to currently working meter with CRN No [protected]. When asked them they told tht they would cannot help me and ask me to pay the amount.

I am attaching a photograph along with this applicatio, whihc cearly showa that meter can show uipto thousands digits only. Please can someone help me out there?
