BSES Power Ltd. — I am living a darkness. BSES has no effect of this.

I am Shiv in My house i lost Power at 4am on Sep 19th 2008. I called Customer service- many times they have given me four
Complaints No# 1837 - 830 & 1229 . Evry time they said that within 45 minutes a technician would reach at my home,
I can not call private technician as evrything is under-ground- I do not have words to Explain my problems- But They should
Understand the Criticality Of this . Its been a night mayer first time with Such a big company.
. they have the worst Customer-Services.

You are ab[censored]ly right shiv. They jsut know diging & and how to cutt you electricity- they get their paymnets on time- But while giving service they go to sleep..!!

They are worst in services--
I live in Sangam Vihar Gali no. 3 and there are two electricity stamp post no. 13/96, 13/97, no light is working since the stamp post was fixed. Kindly do the need full and get the light rectified.
