[Resolved]  BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd — Refusing to Change the Meter Connection Cable

Dear All,

Good morning,

I am facing a problum from BSES Rajdhani Power Limited & DESU having their offices at Kalkaji & Greater Kailash 2. That my CA no. is[protected] with sanction load of 11 KW & I have another connection at my same permises, but I don't have ITs CRN no. right now. It has 12 KW sanction load.

These two connection are getting supply from 4.25 wire (Cable) for their meters. This wire is also injured from the at two points in the middle, I have informed to the said department again & again that this cable heatup on daily basis & will cause a casualty any moment, but the concerned area's Junior Engineer has refuse to change the cable with saying these words "HIS CABLE CANNOT BE CHANGE AT ALL".

I am a business man & I don't have so much time to argue with the officers like those & spent my valuable time in vain. So please tell me that if Main power line injured before the connection then who will replace it (bcause this wire is not in the condition to repair, "these words has been spoken by the senior officer & the site visitor"

I am facing the problum of the harshment from the said department. So please help me

BSES RAJDHANI NEW DELHI — FAULTY METER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a tenant and staying at 91-A, LIG Flats, Pocket-12, Jasola Vihar, New Delhi-25.
For last several month i am paying my bill( Average bill i rececived every alternative month @ Rs 1500) on time . This month suddenly i bill amount rose up to Rs 10500. I called electrician to see any theft from my meter bu tthat was find ok.

I got a surprise last week when i was away from my home for three days when my meter consumed 50 units. It is a big surprise to me. I lodge a complain at BSES office via complain no. [protected].But nothing has been done.

Please help me to get out from this problem.

Respected Sir,
This is to inform you about the complaint i made yesterday,7th july,2010 to BSES customer care center regarding no power supply. The billing details are as follows- CRN No. [protected], New K No. 2640 T131 0350. The complaint number is 1705.
Till now no one has come for rectification of the problem.Sparking is taking place in the wires connected to the meter.
Also, Meters of the whole block where i reside are connected very closely to each other and if a major sparking takes place resulting in electrical fire.
Kindly take the necessary action to the complaint as soon as possible or if any disaster takes place then whole responsibility rests with BSES Rajdhani Power Limited.
